Terma dan Syarat
1. Maybank Auto PayBills Kempen Pulangan Tunai (Kempen) bermula pada
15hb Januari 2015 dan berakhir pada 14hb Mei 2015 (Tempoh Kempen).
2. Kempen ini terbuka kepada semua pemegang kad kredit
Maybank American Express serta Ahli Kad Tambahan mereka yang
menetap di Malaysia (Pelanggan). Untuk layak menyertai Kempen dan
menangi Pulangan Tunai, semua akaun kad kredit yang layak mestilah sah
dan mempunyai rekod yang baik.
3. Pembekal perkhidmatan Auto PayBills terpilih untuk menyertai Kempen ini
adalah seperti berikut:

iii. DiGi
iv. Etiqa
v. Maxis
vi. Telekom Malaysia
vii. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
4. Pendaftar yang layak hendaklah mendaftarkan akaun yang baru untuk
mana-mana Pembekal Perkhidmatan di atas dengan borang pendaftaran
Auto PayBills Maybank sepanjang Tempoh Kempen ini. Pulangan tunai
sebanyak RM20 akan diberikan bagi setiap pendaftaran yang berjaya.
Pendaftaran baru akan dianggap sebagai berjaya apabila transaksi
pertama Auto PayBills ini dilaksanakan. (Pendaftaran berjaya)
5. Hanya pembayaran yang dibuat untuk akaun persendirian sahaja layak
untuk memenangi ganjaran. Pembayaran ke atas akaun syarikat adalah
tidak layak untuk Kempen ini.
6. Jumlah Pulangan Tunai telah dihadkan kepada Ringgit Malaysia Tiga
Puluh Ribu (RM30,000) sepanjang Tempoh Kempen dan berdasarkan asas
first-come, first-served.
7. * Jumlah Pulangan Tunai bil pascabayar DiGi akan dikreditkan oleh DiGi

8. Pengkreditan Pulangan Tunai akan dilakukan dalam tempoh 4 hingga 6
minggu selepas Kempen berakhir.
9. Pemegang kad kredit hendaklah terus membayar bil-bil sehingga transaksi
pertama Auto PayBills tertera di dalam penyata akaun Kad.
10. Maybank berhak untuk menukar mana-mana atau semua terma dan
syarat (termasuk keistimewaan yang disediakan oleh Maybank berkaitan
dengan Kad sama ada apa-apa keistimewaan tersebut dinyatakan di sini
atau di tempat lain) apabila Bank fikirkan perlu dengan memberi notis
21 hari kalendar sebelum pelaksanaan.
11. Hanya untuk langganan perkhidmatan Insurans Nyawa atau Takaful Keluarga
Etiqa dengan polisi atau sijil berkuatkuasakan yang dikeluarkan bermula
1 Jan 2012 dengan awalan "CR", "TR", "IR", "KP", "PP", "ML" atau "BA".
12. Kelayakan Pulangan Tunai adalah tertakluk kepada polisi atau sijil yang

Terms and Conditions

1. Maybank Auto PayBills Cashback Campaign (the Campaign)
commences on 15th January 2015 and shall end on 14th May 2015
(the Campaign Period).
2. This Campaign is open to all Maybank American Express Cards
Cardmembers including their Supplementary Cardmembers who are
residing in Malaysia (the Eligible Subscriber). In order to be eligible
for the campaign and cashback, all the Eligible Subscribers accounts
must be valid and in good standing as may be determined by Malayan
Banking Berhad (Maybank) at its sole and absolute discretion.
3. The selected Auto PayBills service providers participating in the
Campaign are as follows:

iv. Etiqa
v. Maxis
i. Astro
ii. Celcom
vi. Telekom Malaysia
vii. Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB)
4. Eligible Subscriber must enrol for the NEW Auto PayBills on any of
the above Auto PayBills Service Providers with Maybank Auto PayBills
enrolment form during the Campaign Period. The Cashback of RM20
will be awarded per each successful enrolment of Auto PayBills account.
The new enrolment shall be considered as successful upon the first Auto
PayBills transaction is effected (Successful Enrolment).
5. Only transactions made payable to an individual Auto PayBills account
shall be eligible for this Campaign. Transactions made to a companys
Auto PayBills account shall be disqualified.
6. Total amount of Cashback to be given away is capped at Ringgit
Malaysia Thirty Thousand (RM30,000) throughout the Campaign
Period and based on first-come, first-served basis.
