jugoslavian authorities for his concernment (work) .So how is this possible,that in this academy where he is the
principa,l will be allowed someone like Kaplan Buroviq. Sadik Elshani doctor of the chemical sciences and
an activist of the Albanian-american communion has already proved with evidences that this academy
was never created.The main question is : Does this academy exists and is Kaplan Resuli/Buroviq a
member ? The answer from the son of the Prof.Rizaj is : This academy was never officially established
,neither in Prishtina nor in Tirana or Instambul.The pure reason is so easy to understand: The situations
and the commitments of the antialbanian circles made this initiative not possible.All was done was the
publication in Instambul of a magazine called The Sciences and the Albanian ArtsThis was achieved
with the help of some Turkish intellectuals,who participated in the border that choosed the members.But
Professor Kapllan Resuli was proposedo from the Turkish intellectuals.So he never won the academic
title from this academy because it was never established and officially registered.What he pretends and
