Getting Started
Go to http://www.stealth.im/get (it will direct to the Google Play store) or type the keyword "Stealth" or "Stealth
Chat" or "Stealth Messenger in the Google Play Store.
Download, install, and run the application.

Click "Register, enter your phone number for your mobile phone and wait until the verification process is complete.
Note: If you have registered Stealth before using the same number on the same
phone, then you dont need the verification code. It will register your account directly.

Click Add Avatar Here to set your profile picture. A list of images from your device will be displayed - choose
one for your profile picture.
Next, type your name and click "Save". Remember, Stealth requires you to set your profile name before
continuing to the next step.
How to Setup your Password
Secure Screen
Display :
Stealth will encrypt your
screen when its close, timeout or minimized.
Create the password to
protected all of your
conversation and sharing
data.
Follow this Steps:

1 Create Password at least 4 characters with combination of letters, numbers and/or symbols. Always remember your password to
secure it.
2 Re-type the password to confirm. Tap the eye symbol in the right side of the field to make sure that you have type the right
password.
3 Click Finish .
Note: In case if you forget your picture Unlock, password will be
used to reset picture lock, make sure you always remember it.

How to Unlock Stealth
Decrypted Screen
Encrypted Screen
Encrypted screen display to prevent unauthorized
message/screen viewing. Stealth will encrypt your
screen when its close, time-out or minimized. When
Stealth screen is encrypted, press and hold on anywhere
on the screen, then put the password that youve sets
before.
Note: Read and follow the instruction, because it wont pop-up again once you succeed to
unlock. The screen lock time-out default are 1 minute. However you can change it on settings.
How to Setup your Picture Lock
Picture Unlock :
A unique system on Stealth that regulates the movement of encryption and decryption mode when exchanging messages
or files according to the time set.
Setup your Picture Lock
Open encrypted screen. Tap on click here to switch to picture lock or switch to Picture Lock from Settings
menu > Security Settings > Screen Lock (confirm password) > Picture Lock
Note :
User can also have password as screen lock (default after register).

Setup Automatically Lock Screen

Activate Automatically Lock Screen on Stealth by Tap Setting > Security > Automatically Lock
then set duration you want.

Sound and Notification you want.

Start a new chat. Choose one of

your friends or type part of your
friends name in search field to
find them on your friends list.
After that, type your message in

the text box and tap on the send
button to send the message.
Emoticon available on keyboard

by tap smiley icon the text box.

Self-destructing Messages
Start a confidential chat using the Burn feature.

Need more privacy for your secrets? Just tap on the icon on the top right
of your chat screen to activate the burn timer.
1 Choose the burn time from 1, 5, 10 and 30 minutes or 1, 12, 24

hours or choose Never if you want to keep it on your history.
2 The burn timer starts when the recipient reads the message.
Once the message has burnt, there is no way to get it back!

Send Picture

Click + icon on the active chat

screen.
Choose a picture from the Gallery or

take a new picture using the camera.
You can also take a picture using a
third party camera app.
Pictures sent by stealth are download

proof and screenshot proof. However
you can still view them in the full
screen. If you delete your chat
session you cannot get the picture
back.

Basic Use
Open New Chat

When you received a new message, Stealth will show a notification in
the chats screen. A notification will also appear above the text box if
you receive a new message when you are reading earlier messages in
the active chat.
End Chat

Click the X symbol on the top right corner of chat screen to end or clear
the current chat conversation.
Choose No to cancel or choose Yes to end the chat.

Mark Read
Now Stealth come with a new and faster way to easily mark all unread
messages as read at once. This feature will be help you choose to
select all conversations or one by one to mark as read especially if you
have more than one unread messages.
Mark Read All:
Open Chats list. Press and Hold a contact conversation that you want to
mark it as read. Then pop-up notification appear on screen, choose menu
Mark
.
Read. Choose Cancel to keep it as unread or choose OK to mark it as
read.

1 Open menu on the top right corner. Choose "Mark All Read" and pop-up
notification appear on screen.

Update Profile
Message

You can change your profile name and profile picture

and you can also update your status on your Stealth
profile at any time.
Just click on your profile picture on the top left corner of

the screen. The edit profile screen will appear you can
type a new name.
Click on the avatar to choose a new profile picture from

your gallery or camera. Tap Save to finish.
The Personal Message helps you to express your

feeling. Just enter whatever is on your mind!
Click Save and your new status will be displayed on for

your Stealth friends.

Invite friends
Stealth automatically synchronizes your friends, so that when your friend installs Stealth they will automatically be added to
your list of contacts. If your friend is using Stealth but is not in your phonebook, you can add them manually.
1 Click Add Friends icon on the top right of

corner in friend list page.
2 Input your friends phone number and tap
Search. If your friend is using Stealth then it

will suggest that you to save the number as a
contact. Otherwise you can send your friend
an invitation to start to use Stealth.
3 To add friends from the Phonebook, tap on
your friends name that you want to invite

directly.
4 Chose Invite then Yes to continue or click

Cancel if you dont want to proceed.
Attention: The invitation is sent by SMS

and may cause additional charges.

Privacy Settings
Delete and Block Contact

Stealth is really concerned about your privacy. Thats why Stealth puts all of the control into your hands. Stealth
provides many privacy settings so that you can choose to delete, block or unblock annoying people at anytime.
Press and hold on the friend that

you want to delete or block. Choose
Delete when you see pop-up
option.
Choose Ok to continue, or choose

Cancel to go back to Friends List.
The Delete function helps you to

erase unwanted contacts from your
Friends List and if you dont want to
receive any chat or anything from a
particular Friend you can use Block
instead
Note: Important to know: After blocking a friend you will never

get new chat from them and your history chat with them will be
automatically gone.

Group Chat* (New)
Encrypted Group Chat

Secure communication with unlimited group members. The group chat
feature in StealthChat allow you to have a secure conversation with many
friends at once. Create a group chat with unlimited members in a group
discussion. Also, any participant can invite others to join inside the group.
Follow the steps bellow to start a group chat.

StealthChat now comes with new features, Encrypted VoIP will provide a super strong of security when you make
a phone call. Use a secure phone calls to your friends from within the app StealthChat with WiFi network
connection or your data plan.
How To use VoIP Call

From Chat View:

Open chat from contact that you want to call.
Choose and Tap Call
From Contacts List:

Press and hold on the friend that you want to call.
Choose Call when you see pop-up option.
Note:
Make/receive phone calls using your broadband
internet connection may charge data rates

You can share an invitation via any media such as Twitter,
Facebook, Instagram, email or any other app installed on your
