Although these problems were immediately pointed out to your
representative, Mr Kitching,
the bungalow accommodation provided for my family at the Palm Tree
Resort, Phuket, Thailand, from 2 - 16 December 2006.
These problems detracted significantly from our enjoyment of the holiday
as it was necessary to spend the first day having the room put into a
habitable condition, while for the rest of our stay we had very little sleep at night.
When we arrived, the accommodation had not been cleaned, the air conditioning
was not working and there was no running water in the bathroom.
