Introducing 5th Generation Subliminal Build Technology


Stop Smoking Forever! Version 5.0 (SSF 5.0) is the first subliminal ever built and released for public
access in the 5th Generation Build Technology Format. 5th Generation technology is the end result

How Do I Use It?


This program is designed to be easy to use, versatile, safe and effective. There are six stages for the
main program, plus a special seventh stage for destroying cravings after you have used the main
program. (I dont expect it will be necessary, but its better to have and not need, than need and
not have.) Each one of these stages is a dual format subliminal. That means that each stage comes
as both a masked format subliminal and an ultrasonic subliminal. First lets consider what these
two options are.

Masked Subliminals
Masked subliminals are a set of spoken instructions which are hidden in another sound. In this case,
I use the sounds of the ocean surf for one track, and the sounds of a trickling stream for the other.
The result is a recording that sounds like the masking track (ocean surf or trickling stream), but
contains a special set of instructions for your subconscious mind the part of your mind that dreams
at night while you are asleep. Masked subliminals use a method known as volume differencing
to achieve this effect, which means that the instructions are reduced in volume enough to allow
them to still be heard by your subconscious, but your waking mind will not notice or understand
the instructions you are getting.
Masked subliminals are very effective as long as you can reliably hear even the lowest volume parts
of the ocean surf recording. The exception is people who have difficulty hearing, who may find
that masked subliminals dont work for them. If you have light to moderate hearing loss, you will
be much better served by using the ultrasonic subliminal track, especially if you use a hearing aid,
which may cause you to be able to hear the subliminal audio clearly.

Ultrasonic Subliminals
Ultrasonic subliminals are different from masked subliminals in how they make the spoken instructions subliminal. Masked subliminals are true subliminals because the instructions become sub
(below) liminal (the threshold of perception). Ultrasonic subliminals dont use volume differencing, they use pitch differencing instead. The normal pitch of human speech ranges from about 300
Hz up to about 4.5 kHz. However, if you raise the pitch to the upper limits of human hearing into
a range I call the umbra ultrasonic, you end up with speech that can be heard and understood by
the subconscious mind, but is at best barely audible and entirely incomprehensible to the conscious
mind. Played at the right volume, they are virtually silent to the conscious hearing of most adults.
Ultrasonic subliminals arent really subliminals. They are shifting the pitch above the conscious
range of hearing, which makes them not subliminal, but supraliminal. I call them subliminals
because supraliminals are not well known, and its confusing enough for most people to learn
about subliminals as it is!
Ultrasonics also differ from masked subliminals in volume of the subliminal instructions. Masked
format makes the instructions lower in volume to hide them in the masking sound, while ultrasonics
remain at the same volume as whatever else you play on your CD or mp3 player. This makes them
preferable for people with light to moderate hearing loss who are not using hearing aids, not just
because of the volume, but because the pitch makes it possible for the inner ear to respond more
directly to the sound than speech of a normal pitch. In some types of hearing loss, ultrasonics may
still work.

Volume Calibration
General Usage Speakers
Use on speakers should be done in your bedroom so that you are exposed while you sleep and never
have to think about turning the program on or off.
1. Calibrate the volume using your masked trickling stream track for Stage 1. Choose a volume
that is comfortably audible throughout the entire room.
2. Once you have a volume you like with the trickling stream track, fine tune it with the ocean
surf track to make sure you can clearly hear the lowest volume areas of the ocean surf track
anywhere in the room that you will be during usage. The result will be the optimal volume
for use of the program.
3. Choose the format and track you prefer to use.
4. Set your program to play on loop mode.
5. Play Stage 1 of the program through speakers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for 2 weeks (14
days) straight in your bedroom, so that whenever you are in your bedroom, you are being
exposed automatically.
6. Listen to the program on headphones or ear buds at least an hour a day in addition to the
listening through speakers. One hour or two half hour sessions per day is suggested.
7. When you have finished the first two weeks, switch to the next stage and repeat the process.
8. Keep using the program through all six stages. If you are still smoking when you start Stage 5,
finish the set and then repeat the use of all six stages in order, but this time make a conscious
effort to stop smoking during the second run-through.

General Usage Headphones


Using headphones is going to be very similar to using speakers, with a couple exceptions. First,
you cant usually use headphones while youre sleeping. Second, leaving it playing 24/7 isnt going
to be useful.
Volume calibration must be done separately for headphones, so unless your headphones themselves
have some volume adjustment dial or knob, it is suggested you use headphones with a different
player. Calibrate volume for the headphones or ear buds as for the speakers, but be careful to
always make note of the volume before and after using them, as it is possible to have the volume set
wrong and have too much or too little volume during play if you are using the ultrasonic format.
Please make careful note of the volume after calibration, and check for this volume each time you
use headphones.

Specific Usage: Exposure Time


How many hours a day should you use this program? I recommend a minimum of six hours per
day. However, this program is so powerful that it will cause your brain to feel drained at first, and
also if you use it for too many hours per day.
If you find, after the first week, that you can use it more than six hours without being tired, do
so. The more the better to a point. There must be sufficient time for your brain and mind to
actually process the input, which is coming in much faster than most people can process. I suggest
no more than 12 hours a day of exposure.
If after the first week of usage, you find yourself tired all the time even as a result of using six hours
a day, try reducing your exposure one hour per day for a week and until you stop being tired. Never
go below one hour per day of usage, and if you are only using the program one hour per day, try
to use it on headphones during that hour.
If you find that this program interrupts your sleep for more than a week, use it during the day
instead.

FAQ
What should I expect?
In the beginning, you can expect that the program will make you tired. This is normal, and is just
your brain responding to being forced to work harder than usual. It will fade away after a few days
to a week, as your brain gets used to being more active. If it does not, you are probably using the
program too many hours per day.
Because it is causing your brain to recieve massive amounts of information very rapidly, this program
may affect your sleep, especially during the first week of use. You may find yourself having much
more obvious, strange and vivid dreams. This is normal, and is just a sign that your subconscious
is being affected by and processing the program. While your sleep should not be disrupted, if you
suspect that the program is disrupting or preventing your sleep, and this effect lasts for more than
a few days in a row, simply use it during the day instead.
The program is designed to be easy to use. Calibrate volume, set it to loop. Every two weeks (use
a calendar!), switch to a different stage. Otherwise, just let it play, and wait for it to work. It will
do the rest.
What happens is that as time goes on, youll find yourself simply losing interest in cigarettes and
smoking. Youll be smoking less and less until finally one day youll just wake up and be a nonsmoker, with no desire to smoke anymore. It sounds incredible, but thats really how it happens
when you use it properly. You dont have to struggle, and you dont have to worry about anxiety,
irritability or anything like that. Some people (not everyone) may experience a slight weight gain
of between 1 and 10 pounds for the first few weeks or months after quitting, but the weight usually
comes off easily after that without much effort. Its faster if you make yourself more active.
The more you want to quit, the faster it usually happens. Some people are more resistant than
others. The vast majority of people will quit smoking within 4 to 8 weeks. Some may find themselves

quitting in one week or less; others may need to use all six stages twice in a row. Regardless of
when you quit, you should use all six stages fully. While you may have quit long before getting to
Stage 6, using all six stages at least once will make the effects long term or permanent.
If you are still smoking after switching to Stage 5 of the first run-through, you should run through
the program a second time even if you quit before you finish.

How does the program work?


The specifics of the programs inner functioning are rather intricate and complex, but in a nutshell
it causes your mind, brain and body, in concert, to generate certain specific internal changes. The
first of these changes is to your thinking and beliefs regarding smoking, cigarettes, nicotine and
being a smoker. You have probably tried to quit smoking several times, and did not succeed. Each
time you tried and did not succeed, you became more and more convinced that its hard to quit
smoking. In effect, you were training yourself to find it more and more difficult. The first thing
this program does is erase and remove that faulty* belief.
Once that is done, it changes your beliefs about smoking and nicotine such that your subconscious
mind creates a cascade effect within your body that makes them no longer necessary, and causes
a corresponding physiological shift to break the physical dependence on nicotine. In effect, it
gradually turns off your desire for, dependence on and response to nicotine, cigarettes and smoking.
The program works in many directions and on many subjects at once, but the end result is a natural
process of leaving cigarettes and smoking behind, and doing so effortlessly and comfortably.
* This belief is faulty because it is based on faulty thinking. First, logically, it does not follow that
failure equates to difficulty. There are many possible reasons for failure to quit smoking that have
nothing to do with difficulty quitting, including:
I just dont really want to,, I like smoking,, etc.
The belief that Its hopeless,
Fear of gaining weight
Fear of irritability and the resulting consequences.
Fear of dealing with the emotions that smoking allows you to hide from.
Wanting to fit in socially, look cool, etc.
Resisting being told what to do.
Maintaining control.
And generally, all the other reasons why people smoke.
Secondly, the challenge of a particular job is often directly proportional to the efficiency of the
tool(s) used to do the job. You wouldnt try to cut bread with a hammer, but if you did, would
you say that Cutting bread is almost impossible! and give up? Only if you didnt know you were
using the wrong tool for the job. Smoking cessation requires the right tool. Once you have the
right tool for your particular personality and body type, it becomes easy. This is the right tool for
most people.

How effective is the program?


This program is extremely effective because it is gentle, gradual and comprehensive in what it deals
with. While not everyone will quit while using it, it does work for the vast majority of users. It
will work for you as long as you do not intentionally resist it. Even then, most people will quit,
because of how persuasive the program is.
Based on informal tests and experiments, I estimate that approximately 87% of people who use
the program will quit after using the program once; approximately 95% will quit after using the
program twice; and approximately 75% of those who have tried to quit and failed so many times
that they have come to believe they just cant quit will successfully quit using this program.

What if I am still smoking after 12 weeks of usage?


Simple.
1. Take a week off the program.
2. During that week, make the conscious decision to quit smoking.
3. Start using the set over again, from Stage 1.
4. Intentionally stop smoking while using the set. Resist the urge whenever it comes up. Apply
that same strong will and determination that has kept you smoking through the first 12 weeks
of using the program to quitting during the second 12 weeks.

What if I am still smoking after 24 weeks of usage?


In about 5% of people (around 1 in 20), it is possible to see sufficient resistance to the program
to keep it from being effective. These people have extremely strong wills, and are actively and
intentionally resisting the program for one or more of the following reasons:
They are not genuinely ready to quit smoking yet. (However, the program will take care of
this, unless there is also resistance.)
They fear the loss of their self control if they allow themselves to be influenced by the program.
They respond to any attempt to influence their behavior with blind stubborn refusal to
cooperate. (Blind stubbornness.)
They perceive the program as someone telling them what to do and respond with blind
stubborn refusal to cooperate.
They refuse to accept the programs guidance for fear of something else.
Basically, it boils down to fear, stubbornness or both.
Here is why there is no need to fear the program.

1. The program is designed, scripted, built and verified by an experienced Master Scripter and
Subliminal Audio Engineering Specialist to be maximally safe, useful and effective.
2. Any subversive programming would be discovered eventually, because the subconscious and
conscious minds do communicate, and sooner or later, your conscious mind would become
aware of the subversive programming. If this were to occur, it would destroy my whole
business which is based on creating a useful, safe and effective product that people can
trust. It would be flat out stupid to throw away seven years and counting of very hard work
that way.
3. The whole point is not to take away your self control, but to enhance it so you can use it to
help yourself overcome smoking. This program really will actually enhance and increase your
self control. Instead of controlling you, the program works to shift your point of view and
beliefs to those of a non-smoker, and as a result, you naturally become a non-smoker. It is not
the program making you do it, it is the program guiding you to choose to do it subconsciously.
If the program were actually controlling you, resistance would be impossible, and I would be
the worlds first trillionaire. So if you are going to use this program, allow it to work, and
cooperate with it.
Every effort has been made to prevent resistance through careful wording of the script. However,
stubbornness is usually a result of a personality that has not yet learned how to properly balance
its strength of will. When that lesson is learned, stubbornness becomes strong will; before it is
learned, stubbornness is simply blind refusal to act or be influenced purely for the sake of resisting.
My recommendation if you are still smoking after 24 weeks of use is to put the program away and
use it again every 6 months. You will make progress each time you use it, and eventually it will
break through. However, if you have used it twice, and are still smoking, you are entitled to a full
refund at that point.

Can I use this stop smoking method with another stop smoking method?
No.
This program is designed to be safe, useful and effective when used by itself. Because I cannot know
how other stop smoking methods will affect you or how they all work or are designed and built, I
can only guarantee that this program is safe, useful and effective if it is used by itself. Therefore,
do not attempt to use this program with any other stop smoking method!

Can I use this program with hypnosis, affirmations or other subliminals?


No. This program is so powerful and so finely and carefully calibrated to achieve the peak possible
performance that using it with anything else will be overload, and may result in severe degradation
of the results. While you use this program, use ONLY this program.

How to I use Stage 7? / What if I have a craving for a cigarette after I


finish the program?
Stage 7 is the Craving Destroyer. It is intended for use only after you have finished using the first
six stages as directed (once or twice, as indicated above), have successfully quit already, and only
if you get a craving to smoke that is bothering you. I doubt many people will need or want to use
it, but its there as a safety net and support, just in case.
If you have finished using the first six stages according to the directions, and you have quit smoking,
and you have a craving to smoke, simply start using Stage 7 as you would any other stage. Play
it for the standard two weeks. Your craving should dissipate within a few minutes of starting it,
and after that two weeks, should be gone for a long term or permanently. If your cravings return,
simply use it again in the same way. DO NOT START SMOKING AGAIN!

What if I have used the whole program, successfully quit smoking with
it, and then at some later date started smoking again?
You should immediately start using the whole set over again to stop the smoking process. While I
dont believe this will ever happen, if it does, youll know how to handle it.

What if my spouse/significant other sleeps with me?


Anyone who is exposed to the program will be affected by it.
Exposing non-smokers will not do them harm, and will actually make them less likely to start
smoking in the future. If you and your spouse or significant other sleep in the same room you play
it in, and they smoke, they will very likely quit smoking also.

I get headaches while using it. What should I do?


The only way this program can cause headaches is:
If you are using the ultrasonic track, and it is playing too loudly, or
You are using the program more than your brain can handle in a day.
The first step is to check the volume. Is the volume where you set it during calibration? If not,
return it to that place, unless that volume was above what it is currently. Otherwise, try lowering
it about 10%, turning the program off until the headache is completely gone, and then turning it
back on.
Headaches caused by too much volume on an ultrasonic track will fade away quickly (typically
within 5 to 15 minutes) when the audio is turned off. If the headache persists beyond 15 minutes
after you stop playing it, it probably isnt being caused by the volume of the program.

The second step, if the first step did not help, is to reduce the number of hours per day you get
exposure to the program. It is possible that under certain circumstances, overexposure can trigger
headaches. Usually, this will be a case where something else is actually the cause, and overexposure
simply pushed it over the edge. If lowering the volume did not help, simply reduce the number
of hours of exposure you get per day by one and see if that helps. Again, stop exposure until the
headache goes away. In this case it may take a little longer than 15 minutes to go away without
painkillers, but should not take more than half an hour. If it does, its probably not the program.
Once the headache is gone, start use again, but reduce the daily exposure by one hour. If this has
not solved the problem after a few days, lower it one more hour. In no case should you go below
one hour of exposure per day, and if you are only getting one hour, use headphones.

Why do my animals act strange when I play it?


If you use the ultrasonic track and play it too loudly, your animals may respond with discomfort.
Not all do, at any volume; my dogs, for instance, dont have any trouble with it at all; neither do
my neighbors dogs, or his cats. In rare cases, however, it has been known to cause headaches when
played too loudly. I have had only one such case reported.

My children can hear the ultrasonic track.


Yes, younger people and children can usually hear the ultrasonic track. Usually they describe it
as sounding like bees buzzing, which is exactly what its supposed to sound like to the conscious
mind. If the ultrasonic track is too loud, it may disturb children and infants.

Can I share this with my friend/neighbor/spouse/etc?


This program is copyrighted material. Unless I give you a copy personally, only paid-for copies are
legal copies. Therefore, sharing with friends is not legal. You are welcome to expose multiple
people to it while you play it, but only the copy that was paid for should exist, notwithstanding
fair use (making personal copies for backup purposes, or using the program on multiple players, for
instance). In other words, please dont give away my hard work and research. Just like you, I want
to be paid for my time, skill and effort.
