1. Responsible in monitoring, supervising Kernel Crushing Plant and Refinery Plant processes (e.g. :
troubleshooting, oil loss monitoring and yield monitoring)
2. Experience in coordinating the maintenance of equipment and machineries under maintenance department.
2. Perform responsibilities of conducting corrective and preventive maintenance of machineries in Kernel
Crushing Plant and Refinery Plant.

1. Project Name : Installation of Additional Filter Cake Return Conveyor on April 13
Project Result: The additional filter cake return conveyor act as an alternative for improving the oil extraction
from Niagara Filter discharge cake. The cake will be recycle to have its oil content control to 8% max and
moisture 4% max. As a result, we achieve one of the highest quarterly yield (2 nd Quarter) which is 45.46% as
compared to last quarter (1st Quarter) which is 45.37%
2. Project Name : Modification of Main Ash Conveyor No.2 on March13
Project Objective: To reduce number of breakdown cause by Main Ash Conveyor as it is an important part for
Boiler No.2. The modification done by dividing it into 3 parts to reduce friction force act on the jacket conveyor
by conveyor ribbon.
3. Project Name : Installation of New PK Silo Staircase on August13
Project Objective: The purpose for this project is to substitute the use of monkey ladder for a 20m silo which
is not comply with the regulation under Working At Height under regulation 12 of the Factories and
Machineries Regulation 1970. Therefore, an installation of New PK Silo staircase which is about 18m from

ground floor has been completed in August13 to provide certain degree of safety to workers for any activities
especially end month stock monitoring.
