Introduction

Refinery Superintending Services

Description:
This service is provided to witness re-smelting process of Clients dore/bullion at Antam Logam Mulia.
This is done by witnessing:

Dore/bullion arrival at Logam Mulia premises

Inspection on the arrived cargo and check its conformity with the consignment advice received by
the Contractor. Report any discrepancies to the Company.
Bullion weighing and check its conformity with the consignment advice received by the
Contractor. Report any discrepancies to the Company
Dore/bullion smelting
Sampling process for assay purposes performed by external laboratory. The external laboratory is
appointed by the Company. The assay result will be directly reported to the Company. Another
sample will be collected for Logam Mulia reference and umpire
Dore/bullion casting into anodes
Anodes weighing
Slag weighing

The Surveyor will report:

Condition of package of dore bullion

Weight of dore/bullion
Weight of dore/bullion samples for assay purposes
Final weight of anodes and slag
Final settlement mass

Surveyor will also organize sample shipment to the external Laboratory. Any slag generated and used
crucible will be stored at Antam Logam Mulia storage facility. Surveyor will organize slag and un-used
crucible to Clients site upon approval.

Export Verification
Export verification service is to ensure any export commodity is originated from site and company which is
legally licensed by the government. This service is also aimed to implement Indonesia Ministry of Trade

Decree No 4 Year 2014. At the initial stage prior to export, Surveyor will perform technical verification
which done once and will be re-fresh after 2(two) years. This is aimed to verify legal document of the
Company as well as operational aspect. This will be performed by:

Verifying licensed obtain by the Company

Verifying operational activities of the Company such location, mining or production activity

After performing technical verification, Surveyor will do following activities on each export/shipment:

Dore/bullion weighing and packaging at Client site

Witness bullion arrival at Logam Mulia premises
Stuffing process of fine gold bars
Surveyor report preparation
Upload surveyor report into INSW (Indonesia National Single Window)

Surveyor will deliver report:

Technical investigation result to the Ministry of Trade of Indonesia and the Company
Surveyor report to Custom, Ministry of Trade, and Company
