Introduction
This document highlights new features, bug fixes and known issues in AirTight Management Console Release 7.1 Update 4
Hot Fix 10 (7.1U4HF10.17).

Enhancements
1.

Client Troubleshooting Enhancements

Connection logs for client troubleshooting from the AMC server will now include following additional information in the
logs:
channel on which client connects
RSSI value at which client connects
DHCP messages exchanged with client, DHCP server IP.
AP name to which client is associated

Updated OpenSSL version on AMC to 1.0.1p.

Bug Fixes
1. AP/Sensor Fixes:

Rogue detection for soft AP would fail where the MAC address of the soft AP created was not adjacent to the adaptors
original MAC address. Resolved this issue.
Enable P2P cross connection option will now be available under the Hotspot 2.0 configuration section of SSID Profiles.
Added new cli command top for all AP/sensor platforms to provide information about CPU and Memory usage on the
device.
Fixed inconsistency reported in rare cases for RSSI values of clients connected to APs.
Added support for wired packet capture in network detector mode. Note that only upload to server option is available for
network detector mode.

Known Issues

In some cases of client troubleshooting, sensor disconnection from the server and reconnecting back may cause the
session to stop or connection logs may not get updated in some cases.
For an AMC user added in a scheduled report as an email recipient and later deleted before schedule execution, that
email address will keep receiving emails.

Compatibility

AMC v7.1 U4 HF10 (7.1U4HF10.17) is recommended to be used with AirTight Mobile v3.1.63.
HTML5 UI is compatible with the following browsers
