Guidance on setting targets:

Your targets need to be detailed and specific to the feedback youve been given. So its really
important that you read the feedback carefully. Dont just cut and paste the feedback into a
SMART target make sure that you understand what you are being asked to improve.
Example: If youve been given a target to increase your use of ICT in your blogs you could make
your target:
- Set up a Prezi account and produce blog post 16 using this method. Post it on my blog by **th
October.
If you are struggling to make your targets SMART then pop along to a lunchtime workshop in room 323
for help or ask your Media Teacher.
Your targets must be posted on MyProgress by Wednesday 21st October.
Remember that you must REVIEW YOUR SMART TARGETS by the date set
