    IamwritingthisinregardstorecentmotionsfiledbyCORClearingintheircaseagainstCalissio
    ResourcesGroup(CRGP).Atthispoint,Iamdesperateandwouldgreatlyappreciateitifyou
    tookthetimetoreadthisemail,andmoreimportantly,takeitintoconsiderationasyoumake
    yourjudgement.
    ItappearsCOR'srecentmotion,althoughsomewhatunclear,targetsthedividendsCRGP
    shareholdersreceivedonorabout8/17/2015.Iampleadingwithyoutotakeintoaccountthe
    damagesthatshareholderswouldincurifthisisthecase.Herearetheramifications:
    1)Mostoftheshareholdersthatreceivedthedividend(includingmyself)aresmallinvestors.
    We'vetakenthatdividendmoneyandputitintohomerepairs,creditcarddebt,collegebills,or
    manyoftheotherexpensesthatasmallmiddleclassfamilymayhave.Inmycase,ithelpedme
    paythetaxbillsdueonmysmallbusiness.Wesimplydon'thavethemoneyanymore.
    2)Manypeople(includingmyself)reinvestedsomeorallofthemoneyintoCRGP,whichatthe
    time,beingthattheypaidacashdividend,seemedlikeastrong,profitable,legitcompany.The
    factthatwereceiveddividendstoldusthatourinvestmentwouldbereasonablysafe.Atworse,
    wethoughtwecouldlosesomeofourmoneyandhavetheopportunitytobailifneedbe.
    Manypeopleweremoreaggressivebecauseofthegenerousdividendtheyreceived.Because
    ofthislawsuit,thatresultedinaFINRAhaltanddelistingofthestocktothetheGreyMarket,
    wehavealreadylosteverything.IfsomeoneinvestedtheirfulldividendbackintoCRGP(many
    peopledid),itisgoneandsittinginailliquidshellofacompanythathadnoproblemignoring
    courtsummonsesandabandoningshareholders.
    I'vespokentomanyinvestorsandheardalotofdifferentstoriesabouthowtheywillbe
    affected.I'vespokentoinvestorswhohavethreatenedsuicideoverthehalt,letalonelosing
    theirdividends.Thedamageswewouldallincurwouldbefartoogreat.Theseissueslie
    betweenCORClearing,CRGP,FINRA,DTCC,andotherpotentialentitiesthathavenotbeen
    named.Shareholdersareinnocentthroughallofthisandalthoughdon'thavethemoneylike
    theseentitiesdo,wewillfightforwhatisrightnomatterwhat.
    Iamurgingyoutomakeadecisionthatfavorsshareholders.Wearerelyingonyoutoprotect
    ourlivelihoodsandfamilies.
