The Referrals tab contains other options for controlling the referrals list, referral details view, clicks
graph and automatic flags assigning. For the Referrals List, we have the Do not show recycled referrals
at all check box, this hides the recycled referrals from the referrals tree view permanently. Figure 2.4,
shows the recycled referrals are displayed because this check box was cleared as well as the Hide
Recycled Referrals check box above the referrals tree view.
ATTENTION
- Hide Recycled Referrals check box is dimmed if the Do not show recycled referrals at all is checked
in the options.

Figure 2.4 Options Referrals List (Do not show recycled referrals at all)
Referral (Since/Last Click) Dates Mode has three modes, Real to display the date as real only, Relative

Adding Referrals Data

In this section, we are going to see how can we add the exported referrals data from Neobux into the
software. There are two approaches to do so, the fist one is used one time if you are using the software
for the first time and if you have been used to save the exported referral data as text files. The second
approach is used on daily basis.
The fist approach is to add the exported referrals data text files as batch, to do so, select Tools > Add
Referrals Data > Load Exported Files or press CTRL+L. You should see Load Exported Files window
as shown in Figure 3.1.

Figure 3.1 Load Exported Files window

First, click Browse button and select the folder that contains the exported referrals data text files. Then,
if you have used to name the text files with patterns similar to date format, check the Set specific
filename pattern and select the correct format from the drop down list or type it. Then, if you have sub
folders in the selected folder that includes exported referrals data text files, check Include files in subfolders as well. Now, press Load button so that all the files found inside the selected folders are added
to the list of files. Figure 3.2, illustrates the list of files before pressing Update button.
The list of files loaded should be sorted in order from older files to recent ones, if the files are still out
of order you can manually adjust them using the Move Up and Move Down buttons. Once, the files are
in correct order, press the Update button.
The software now will process all the files selected and add them into the softwares database, after the
18

operation is completed, you should save this data using File > Save or Press CTRL+S.

Figure 3.2 Load Exported Files (the list of files loaded)

ATTENTION
- The selected folder should contain only text files having the exported referrals data, if there are other
text files having different data, they should be removed from such folder before pressing Load button
- The filename pattern should follow date like format for example the format dd_MM_yyyy.txt
supports the files 18_04_2013.txt and 30_01_2012.txt. Another example the format yyyyMMdd.txt
supports the files 20130418.txt and 20130130.txt.
- The Load Exported Files approach is used once for the first time of the software, when we add all the
old exported data text files, we dont need to re-add such files any more. We should use the Paste
Exported Data approach instead afterwards.
- The saved XML file holds the previously exported data and membership details, to append new
exported data, we open the saved file first then add the new exported referrals data then save to the
same file and so on.
The second approach is to paste directly the copied exported referrals data from Neobux into the
software, to do so, open the last saved XML file, copy the exported referrals data from Neobux then go
back to the software and select Tools > Add Referrals Data > Paste Exported Clipboard or press
CTRL+V then you should save to the same opened file. Figure 3.3 shows how to export referrals data
from Neobux, you should follow the instructions until you copy the data to clipboard.
ATTENTION
- Dont forget to make a new backup text file of the new exported referrals data from Neobux.

20

Membership Details
The software requires from you to enter all the memberships you have purchase or won via Adprize, if
you dont add any memberships, the software will consider that you are Standard user. In this section
we will see how to add memberships.
To add memberships, open the saved XML file, then select Tools > Membership Details or press
CTRL+M. The Membership Details window should look like Figure 4.1.

Figure 4.1 Membership Details window

To add new membership, select Type (Golden or Ultimate), set the From Date to equal the starting date
of this membership and the Renewal cost, then press Add button. The new membership will be added
to the Memberships list. You can delete any added membership by highlighting it in the Memberships
list then click Delete button. After you make all the updates you need to do click OK to apply the
changes. You should save by selecting File > Save or press CTRL+S.
ATTENTION
- The renewal cost can be used in case of special discounts, for example the Golden costs 75$ on
Christmas offer and Golden costs 0$ if was won via Adprize or purchased using Neopoints.
- The memberships of same type cant overlap, if you try to add a membership that overlaps with a
membership of same type in the Memberships list you will get an error message indicating so.
- The software supports only Golden and Ultimate memberships. If you dont add any memberships,
the software will consider you are Standard.
- The memberships details are essential for calculating correct earnings and profit of your referrals.

21

Sorting Referrals
In this section, the sorting methods will be described. This software has a sorting feature in order to sort
your referrals in the referrals tree view using specific parameter(method) either ascending from lowest
to highest or descending from highest to lowest. The sorting method is selected from the Sorting drop
down list above the referrals tree view on the left side. To control the sorting direction set the Up radio
button for ascending sorting or the Down radio button for descending sorting. The following Table 5.1
will describe the possible sorting methods.

Referrals Recycling Assistance Wizard

This feature is used to actually perform the recycling on Neobux website of the referrals marked as to
be recycled inside the software. To use this feature, apply the filters that you use to decide which
referrals to recycle, mark the referrals to be recycled, once you are confident with the referrals to be
recycled, select Tools > Referrals Recycling Assistance Wizard or press F6. You will see Figure 7.1.

Figure 7.1 - Referrals Recycling Assistance Wizard

The first referrals ID in the wizard is copied automatically to the clipboard, go to Neobux referrals
page and hit CTRL+F then paste the copied ID to locate the referral to be recycled. Apply either
manual recycling or unlock for free auto recycling based on the suggestion in the wizard, go back to the
wizard and press Next Referral then repeat the same process.
ATTENTION
- The wizard will show all referrals marked as to be recycled despite they are currently displayed in the
referrals tree view or not
- You should have at least two referrals marked as to be recycled to be able to use this wizard.
- The referrals are sorted in the wizard based on the referral since date from recent to oldest referrals
similar to the default sorting on Neobux rented referrals page. If you cant find a referral on the current
page, you may need to navigate to next pages to reach that particular referral. Also, the visualization
filter may hide that referral if he doesnt match it.

actions button in the Mass Action area located above the referrals tree view on the left side, then

Automatic Flags Assigning

This feature is used to allow the software to automatically assign the flags to the referrals based on their
last 30 days profit % or based on the saved filters.
The first approach is by using the Profit %, it categorizes the flags as follows.

Red flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal -100% (including zero
clickers)
Orange flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal -50% to -100%
Yellow flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal 0 to -50%
Green flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal 0 to +50%
Cyan flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal +50% to +100%
Blue flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal +100% to +200%
Purple flag, is the group of referrals having last 30 days profit equal +200% or above
Black flag, is the group of recycled referrals.
To enable this feature, select Tools > Options, select Referrals tab and in the Automatic Flags Assigning
section set the By Profit% radio button, check the Run always after adding referrals data, click Reset
Flags Descriptions then click OK.
The second approach is by using the Filters, it categorizes the flags as follows.
White flag, is the default flag and it will contain referrals that didnt match any saved filter from
1 to 7
Red flag, is the group of referrals matching saved filter 1
Orange flag, is the group of referrals matching saved filter 2
Yellow flag, is the group of referrals matching saved filter 3
Green flag, is the group of referrals having matching saved filter 4
Cyan flag, is the group of referrals matching saved filter 5
Blue flag, is the group of referrals having matching saved filter 6
Purple flag, is the group of referrals having matching saved filter 7
Black flag, is the group of recycled referrals.
To enable this feature, select Tools > Options, select Referrals tab and in the Automatic Flags Assigning
section set the By Filters radio button, check the Run always after adding referrals data, click Reset
Flags Descriptions then click OK.

ATTENTION
- The automatic flags assigning will override any manual flags assignment you apply to your referrals
- The last 30 days profit is calculated whatever the referral since date is lower than 30 days or more,
this is processed correctly by the software.
- The automatic flags assigning by filters will apply the filters sequentially from filter 1 to filter 7, once
a referral matches a particular filter, the following filters checking will be skipped for such referral and
will be assigned to the corresponding group of the matched filter
