In this section we will describe the layout of Neobux Referrals Handy Manager user interface as shown
in Figure 1.1. The user interface is divided into two areas and menu bar. The left area contains some
statistical information about the number of referrals and clicks, the Sorting, Filtration, and Mass
Actions controls, plus the referrals tree view. The right area contains the details of the currently
selected node in the referrals tree view, we have three different details views; Account Summary,
Referral Details and Flag Details. The menu bar provides access to the softwares options, opening and
saving files, adding referrals data, editing memberships details, running the recycling assistance,
tutorials and the documentation of the software.
on the right side. The grouped by flags mode has 9 flags nodes, if any of them is selected, the
corresponding Flag Details view gets displayed on the right side. If we select any referral node, his
corresponding details view is displayed on the right side.
Figure 1.2 Statistical information, Filtration, Sorting and Mass Actions controls
Figure 1.3 Referrals Tree View, Referrals list mode (left) and Grouped by Flags mode (right)
On the right side, we can see the Account Summary as shown in Figure 1.4. The last updated on

membership that you have added in the membership details and is the running membership according
to the current date and purchase date. Referrals Statistics area displays the total number of referrals, the
percentage of referrals having average in the Green range, the percentage of referrals having average in
the Yellow range, the percentage of referrals having average in the Red range and the percentage of
recycled referrals so far.
The Average area displays, the average of all the current referrals averages, this month average
according to the clicks in this month, yesterdays average according to the clicks in yesterday and the
BEP (Break Even Point) average automatically calculated based on the current number of referrals and
the analysis settings selected.
The Clicks History table displays up to 240 days records, each record has Date, Total number of Clicks,
Difference (Total number of clicks this day minus total number of clicks in the previous day), Average,
Active referrals average, number of active referrals (Can be number of percentage) and number of
inactive referrals (Can be number or percentage), number of manual recycles and auto recycles.
In the Account Summary we have the Analysis Settings, in this settings we selected the extension we
apply on all our referrals this can be 15, 30, 60, 90, 150 or 240 days extensions or mixed if we use
mixed extensions scheme. For the mixed extension we specify the average discount %. The Include
recycling fees in profit calculation check box is used to include or exclude the recycling fees in the
profit calculation displayed in the Analysis area. The slider located inside the Analysis settings is used
to specify the starting date of the analysis calculations, this can be from today(Leftmost tick),
yesterday, 2 days ago etc (Each tick to the right represents a day in the past).
The Analysis area has two modes, the Last Days mode and the Last Weeks mode. For the Last Days
mode, we see the clicks, average, earnings, recycling fees and profit on durations last 7 days, last 15
days, last 30 days, last 60 days, last 90 days, last 150 days and last 240 days. For the Last Weeks mode,
we see the clicks, average, earnings, recycling fees and profit on each of the last seven weeks (Each
starts on Monday).
ATTENTION
- The slider in the Analysis Settings defines the starting day of the last 7, 15, 30, 60, 90, 150 or 240
days.
- The last 7 days are included in the last 15 days plus 8 older days, the last 15 days are included in the
last 30 days plus older 15 days and so on.
- The Last Weeks mode in the Analysis area, displays change indicators on the left of each clicks,
average, earned, recycling fees and profit values between each week and the week before it.
Also, in the Account Summary we have Graphs area which has the following graphs (Table 1.1):
Activity Histogram displays the probability of
occurrences of all the referrals clicking after number of
days.
For example, in the graph on the left, 27% of the
occurrences of clicking everyday. 21% of the
occurrences of clicking every 2 days, 15% of the
occurrences of clicking every 3 days and so on.
The Mean is the most likely occurrence and the
STD(Standard Deviation) is the expected
positive/negative change relative to the Mean.
Current Last Click Days displays the percentages of the
referrals having certain last click date(days).
For example, in the graph on the left, 23% of the
referrals having last click yesterday. 17% of the
referrals having last click 2 days ago, 15% of the
referrals having last click 3 days ago and so on.
The Mean is the most likely current last clicks days and
the STD(Standard Deviation) is the expected
positive/negative change relative to the Mean.

On the right side we can see the Referral Details view whenever we select a particular referral node in
the referrals tree view as shown in Figure 1.5. The referral ID is displayed in bold large text on the
upper left corner, below it the referral since date. The statistics area shows the total clicks, the last click
date, minimum clicks on a day and maximum clicks on a day.
The Average of the referral is displayed in large text and has the color Green, Yellow or Red according
to the specified average ranges in the options window. The Copy Referral ID button copies the current
referrals ID into the clipboard so that one can search for it on Neobux referrals page. The View/Edit
Comment button allows to associate some text note to the current referral, if there is a comment added
the appearance of this button changes. The Flag button is used to assign a flag to the current referral, if
the flag changes the appearance of this button changes. The To Be Recycled button is used to mark the
current referral for recycling later, if this marker is enabled the appearance of this button changes. The
Go To Group Details link navigates to the currently assigned flag details view.
The Analysis Settings contains extension options, Discount % field, Exclude Memberships Fees check
box, and Exclude Today check box.
days. The Clicks History table displays the clicks incidents records, each record has Date, Clicks,
Difference (Clicks of this record - Clicks of the previous record). The Clicks History Weekly Calendar
shows the clicks incidents records on a calendar like format, W1 is the first week for the referral, each
week starts on Monday, the total of clicks per week is displayed on the right of each row and
highlighted according to the lower and upper average limits defined in the options window, the blue
Day 1 cell represents the referral since date and the blue Today cell represents todays date.
ATTENTION
- The analysis settings cant be saved on each referral. The software applies these settings on all the
referrals.
- The To Be Recycled marker is used by Referrals Recycling Assistance Wizard
- The last 7 days are included in the last 15 days plus 8 older days, the last 15 days are included in the
last 30 days plus older 15 days and so on.
- If you hover over Flag button or a flag in the previous three flags you will see a tooltip showing the
description of that flag.
- If you hover over View/Edit Comment button you will see tooltip showing the associated note.
- In the Clicks History Weekly Calendar, W1 is the first week for the referral (The oldest week). Unlike
Week 1 in the Analysis section which represents the current week (The most recent week).
The Previous Three Flags area displays the previously assigned flags for the current referral. Whenever
the flag changes the previous flags get updated, the one on the right is the oldest and the one on the left
is the recent(previous flag).
The Activity Histogram graph displays the occurrences of clicking after number of days. As an
example, in the above figure, this referral has around 44% of occurrences clicking everyday and
around 29% of occurrences clicking every 3 days and so on. It shows the Mean which is the most likely
occurrence of clicking after certain number days and the STD (Standard Deviation) is the expected
positive/negative change of the occurrences away from the Mean occurrence. There is Green vertical
dashed line that shows the last click date in days.
In the lower part of the referral details view we can see the clicks graph, the following Figure 1.6
shows the different parts of this graph.
ATTENTION
- The Maximum clicks (Graph Height), Maximum Days(Graph Width) and Bold Vertical Lines can be
changes from the options window.
- If the number of clicks records in the Clicks History table are lower than two, the graph will not
display clicks and there will be message on the graph inside a Red rectangle indicating so.
- In the Clicks Graph, the bold vertical lines on each 7 days are placed on Sundays so that every line is
end of true week (This can be disabled from the Options dialog).
The clicks graph allows redistributing the clicks between the days and to do so:
Hover the mouse over the click incident that you would like to redistribute completely or
partially until the vertical Yellow rectangle is highlighting it
Press the left mouse button which causes the vertical Yellow rectangle to become Green

pattern will look like after confirming the redistribution
- You can move clicks to a day that has clicks already (move the mouse vertically above the clicks
amount of that day)
- You cant redistribute clicks for a referral as long as the message that indicates single clicks record in
the clicks table is appearing
11
On the right side we can also see the Grouped Referrals Details view as shown in Figure 1.7, that is
displayed if we select a Flag node in the referrals tree view (Grouped By Flags mode). This view has
Flag icon of the current selected flag. The Statistics area, Referrals Count is the number of referrals
having this flag assigned to them, Percentage is the ratio of this flags referrals count to the total
number of current referrals, Status is indicator for the relationship between this flags referrals count
and the previous count (Decreasing, Increasing or Constant).

preference. Recently Added Referrals tree view shows the referrals that have been added to this flags
group by the automatic flags assigning feature. Graphs area contains Last 7 Days Count Trend, Last 15
Days Count Trend and Last 30 Days Count Trend that show the change of the number of referrals
having this flag on each of the defined past days from today.
Options

menu bar or Press CTRL+Shift+O. The options window should look like the Figure 2.1.
In the Account Summary area, the Show active/inactive referrals as percentage check box controls the
way the active and inactive referrals columns are displayed in the Clicks History table of the Account
Summary to be either numbers or percentages as shown if Figure 2.2.
13
In Average Color Control area, we have two sliders one that defines the average lower limit (between
Red and Yellow) and the other defines the average upper limit (between Yellow and Green), in Figure

Figure 2.3 Options Average Color Control (Lower Limit and Upper Limit)
In the Post Adding Exported Data Tasks, you can instruct the software to run certain tasks immediately
and automatically after every exported referrals data added. The Clear the To Be Recycled marker for
all referrals check box will make the software to clear any To Be Recycled marker on all the referrals.
14
The Referrals tab contains other options for controlling the referrals list, referral details view, clicks
graph and automatic flags assigning. For the Referrals List, we have the Do not show recycled referrals
at all check box, this hides the recycled referrals from the referrals tree view permanently. Figure 2.4,
shows the recycled referrals are displayed because this check box was cleared as well as the Hide
Recycled Referrals check box above the referrals tree view.
ATTENTION
- Hide Recycled Referrals check box is dimmed if the Do not show recycled referrals at all is checked
in the options.
Figure 2.4 Options Referrals List (Do not show recycled referrals at all)
Referral (Since/Last Click) Dates Mode has three modes, Real to display the date as real only, Relative
to display the date as relative only or Both. Figure 2.5 shows some examples of the possible modes and
their effect on the dates displayed on the referrals details view.

your referrals in the referrals tree view using specific parameter(method) either ascending from lowest
to highest or descending from highest to lowest. The sorting method is selected from the Sorting drop
down list above the referrals tree view on the left side. To control the sorting direction set the Up radio
button for ascending sorting or the Down radio button for descending sorting. The following Table 5.1
will describe the possible sorting methods.
No sorting is applied on the referrals.

25
26
Mass Actions
The software provides mass(bulk) actions to be applied on the currently displayed referrals in the
referrals tree view instead of doing the same actions individually one by one on each referral. These
actions include setting certain flag, marking/clearing the to be recycled marker or setting/clearing
comment(note). To do so, apply filter on the referrals to display the referrals of interest, click the target
actions button in the Mass Action area located above the referrals tree view on the left side, then
specify the change to apply.
ATTENTION
- The Mass Actions are applied only on the currently displayed referrals in the referrals tree view.
- There are shortcut keys to apply mass actions, press CTRL+Shift+G for Flag, press CTRL+Shift+R
for To Be Recycled, or press CTRL+Shift+T for Comment.
27
ATTENTION
- The automatic flags assigning will override any manual flags assignment you apply to your referrals
- The last 30 days profit is calculated whatever the referral since date is lower than 30 days or more,
this is processed correctly by the software.
- The automatic flags assigning by filters will apply the filters sequentially from filter 1 to filter 7, once
a referral matches a particular filter, the following filters checking will be skipped for such referral and
will be assigned to the corresponding group of the matched filter
