The VITEEE Application Form 2016 will be available online
tentatively from the 1 week of December, 2015. The Application
Form will be available online on the official website of
VIT: www.vit.ac.in . The Application Form will also be available
Offline in some selected Post Offices.

It can also be obtained by sending a Demand Draft at VIT or

handing over the fee in cash personally at the VIT University.
Before filling the VITEEE Application Form the candidates must go
through the VITEEE Eligibility Criteria and the guidelines to fill the
Application Form.
The Steps to fill VITEEE Application Form 2016 are as follows:
Stage 1-Registration

Provide all the relevant details carefully

It is mandatory to provide valid email id and mobile number as the password will be sent to
the registered Mobile number and email id
Candidates Name, Date of Birth and email id cannot be changed after filling
Candidate Date of Birth should be on or after 01.07.1994
Immediately after registration, a password will be sent to your mobile number and email
Proceed to Step 2 with the received password

Stage 2-Confirmation of password

Enter the email id and password received from VIT to proceed for filling the online application

Stage 3- Filling up of online application form

Refer the Information Brochure carefully, before filling the online application form

Provide all the relevant details carefully

Field marked with an asterisk * are mandatory

NRI/PIO/OCI candidates can also apply directly through Direct Admission to B.Tech.

Programme without appearing for VITEEE-2016. Kindly refer the website for details
Foreign candidates are not eligible to apply for VITEEE-2015
Change of Test City and the Slot once booked cannot be changed under any circumstances

Press submit button after checking the details carefully

An application number will be generated immediately after submission

Stage 4-Selection of Mode of payment

Choose the Payment Mode as per your preference.

Payment through Online Gateway
For Payment through online Mode, be ready with Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit
Bank details

During the payment process, DO NOT press backspace or Refresh button in order to

avoid double charges/payment error

On successful completion of transaction, kindly take the printout copy of the

application for your reference

Do not send the hardcopy of the application form after uploading the
Photograph and Signature.

For Payment through Demand Draft Mode

For Payment through Demand Draft Mode, get ready with DD for Rs.940/- (50 USD for
NRI candidates) drawn in favour of 'VIT University', payable at Vellore.

In case, if you are not ready with the Demand Draft at the time of submission of
application form, you can 'logout' from the screen and you can resume from the same
payment screen through Step 2, by login with the email id and password
It is mandatory to send the hardcopy of the application form along with the DD after
uploading the photograph and signature to the address of Director-UG Admissions, VIT

University, Vellore - 632014, Tamil Nadu.

Write your name, application number and mobile number on the reverse side of the
Demand Draft

Stage 5. Photograph / Signature Upload

Softcopy (scanned copy) of recently taken passport size colour photograph with 10 kb
- 200 kb (Dimensions -3.5 cm x 4.5 cm ) in JPG / JPEG format
Softcopy (scanned copy) of signature of the candidate with 10 kb - 200 kb
(Dimensions - 6 cm (width) x 2 cm height) in JPG/ JPEG format

Stage 6. Download the filled-out Application form

Download and take the printout of filled-in application form for future reference
