Pre-assessment (Optional)
The pre-assessment is conducted to assist a company considering AISC Certification in determining the implementation status of their quality management system.

Scope Change Audit (Optional for existing participants only)

Applicable when onsite visit is required to change current certification at a time other than the annual scheduled audit.

Supplemental Audit
Applicable when an additional audit is required, for example: determination of CAR implementation, profile/management change, recommendation of a Random Audit.

Rescheduled Audit
Applicable if audit is cancelled due to auditee, after auditee has been notified of the audit date(s).

Expedited Initial Audit

Once your documentation audit is complete, QMC, LLC pledges to have an onsite auditor at your office/facility and operating field site within three weeks. If expediting is not
possible due to auditor schedule limitations, we will let you know at the time of your request. In the event QMC, LLC cannot expedite the audit, this fee will be refunded.

Fee is in addition to base price and subject to additional travel related expenses, including interpreter fees (tba).

Administrative Fee
If applicant does not pass administrative review, original payment less $300 is returned to applicant.
Documentation Audit Fee
If applicant does not pass documentation review, original payment less $1,800 is returned to applicant.

1) To obtain AISC Full-Member Pricing, applicant must be a member in good standing at time of application.
2) The AISC Certification Program operates on a three-year cycle. Fees under Initial/Full are applicable on the initial audit or the first years audit of each three-year cycle. Annual fees are applicable on the 2nd and 3rd years of the cycle.
