Dear Sir,
We are very pleased to accept your order on the above subject vide order no. SCW/D/NIK/990342
dated 6-3-99. We are very thankful to you for showing confidence on ISC Certification Service.
However we have the following comments on your order :
1) In the order the surveillance audit fees for five surveillance audit during the 3yrs period of
Certification has not been mentioned. Kindly incorporate this through an amendment as per our
Quotation no. 99P09 dated 22/2/99 and as given below.
Surveillance audit fee: man day rate( normal 8 manhours per day )
Rs. 7500/(Rupees seven thousand five hundred only)
Includes the issue and ongoing maintenance of registration documents and two annual surveillance
visit. These fees are payable in equal installments during the registration period after every
surveillance audit .Estimated man-days are minimum 4 man days per year i.e. 2 man days per
surveillance audit. Man-day rates are given for the years 1999, thereafter subject to an increase of
10% each year.
2) The amount Rs 71,000/- as shown in your order will have a break up as under :
a) Pre Assessment Fees Rs. 16,000/-.
b) Initial Audit Fees Rs. 55,000/-.
3) Travel will be by Second A/c Train and Local Travel by Taxi. Lodging and Boarding will be extra
if not provided by you.
