In continuation to our office letter dated 10-06-2014 referred above, we have made arrangements to submit Bank
Guarantee as per AMC LOA dated 30-04-2014 for the value of Rs. 1,45,600.00. On 02-06-2014 we have received an
amendment letter to submit Bank Guarantee for Rs. 9,70,640.00.

Regarding submission of Bank Guarantee we need some more time to make arrangements to find suitable option.
Hence we are requesting your good office to extend the last date for submitting Bank Guarantee from 30-Jun-2014 to
31-Jul-2014.
