Accreditation Service for Certifying Bodies Europe Ltd- ASCB(E)[ Registered in
England and Wales Reg No 3132143]. We are also empanelled with CPD Accredited Group
( Registration No. ……………) for providing various management system auditor training.. We welcome
you in our family. We can assure you that we will be able to build up a long term
mutually beneficial relationship with each other and can assure you of our best
of services always in your interest. We are looking for a partnership with you or
your organization where you prepare the proposal; conduct the audit through
competent auditors as per QCS auditors guidelines & collect the payment from your
clients on behalf of QCS. We will support you from backend by issuing you with
Accredited Certificates and charge you on each certificate, issued to your
clients on your behalf. We may also provide auditor from our end for which you
need to bear the travelling, boarding, lodging expenses You make the final
payment to QCS directly for the certificates issued to your clients as per agreed
rates. We wish to partner with you for the below mentioned Certification

Payments to be made against Proforma invoice
The auditors fees needs to be borne by the associate
Associate needs to conduct at least one witness audit by QCS for your
nominated auditors before you can commence audit. Then you can witness
others in your group.
ALL costs of the witness to be borne by associate including travelling, visa fees,
boarding & lodging for at least one auditor for QCS and for ASCBE as per their
rules.
This agreement is valid for the next 1 year from the date this
