SUMMARY

MODUS AND OPERANDI OF WORKING


This is the summer Internship report which gives a brief note about the summer
Internship done by me. In two months summer internship program, our modus
operandi of working was to aware potential customers and people about
WINDLASS RIVER VALLEY.

During period of two months I visited every house, shops, local


vendors, associates(property dealers) and offices of assigned area, And provide
them all information related to project through pamphlets and brochure, also
collected their contact details, responses and feedback through simple
questionnaire. Then reported it to our supervisor Mr. Ashish Bhatt in the form of
excel sheet.

PLANNING AND STRATEGIES


Planning and strategies were taken place under the supervision of Mr. Ashish
bhatt as he assigned us the decided area to aware the people about WINDLASS
RIVER VALLEY. We were the team of 11 member on the field along with our
supervisor Mr. Ashish bhatt. The total no. of areas are decided to cover are
around 20-25 throughout the DEHRADUN.

Weekly meeting were also held at WRV’s office to discuss and solve
the problem that we faced during the field work. Than execute the the solution
into the field as if again similar kind of problem come along and convince the
Respondent.

EXECUTION
Firstly, we gather on the assigned area and than bifurcated into the subgroup of 2
to 3 member each to cover the specified sub area to individual teams. Than we
went to the houses, shops, offices and others to spread awareness about the
project like location, amenities and facilities, smart features, overall project and
other main features through pamphlets and brochure and Also record the data of
individual whom we delivered the information(like name, contact no., interested
in project or not, feedback about the project).

ACHIEVEMENT AND FAILURES


During summer internship we interacted with many people and convince them to
visit site which is consider that interested lead. And we also got the primary data
of people some of them turned into potential clients and they may book a flats or
apartment their for living and also learn about the human behaviour.

Failures are like many of people give us false information about


the Project as they are not much aware about it and spreading rumours i.e.,
negative about the project to try to convince them is difficult task for us , some
people are oppose the concept of apartment cultures as they thought it may
disgrace the beauty of valley and these heavy project may leads the serenity of
the valley the disaster like Delhi. Some amy said that it is on the muddy surface so
may be the foundation of the building did not bear the load of the buildings and
may cause problems for the future resident. Some has a issue of less carpet area
or the rooms sizes are as very much less compared to as said and also may cost
extra charges for the parking. We enters the porche or public offices than
watchman did not allowed us sometime to enter the area so get demotivated
with that and many people treat us like we are nothing.

LEARNING
The learning from summer internship was as fellow:

 Helped me to learn sales and marketing tools from our senior.


 Helped me to learn actual market scenario in business world.
 Improved my communication skills and convincing power.
 In dehradun most of the people preferred home over apartments.
 Many people are waiting to complete this project as they are afraid of
fraud in real estate business.
 It also improve my skills to work in team and take decision considering
team member.
 Survey method gives a broder view of study the failure and growth of the
project for future perspective.
