3 Approach of Performing Tasks:


To perform any activity or event, the first major step involves how to approach clients and
associates and convince them to visit the place where the event is going to held.

 The approach towards the target audience was done through calling, meeting them in public
places by doing canopy activity, inviting them to site office in special events, contacting
Higher-class people with the help of website like JustDial.com where the data is fetched of
Doctors, CA, jeweler owners, etc.

 Cards distribution were done in several areas and explaining each prospect about our
republic project which consist of flats starting from affordable segments to luxury
segments.

 After distribution of cards is made number were saved and through SMS Campaign,
WhatsApp broadcast list is made to remind them for events. A remind up call is also made
to ensure the presence of clients in the event.
 Canopy activity is also conducted to advertise the project details and make aware to the
people and invite them to our site or city office to observe our project and promises that
we will deliver to the clients.

3.4 Final Conclusion of the Tasks-


The task we performed during the two months of internship has given positive result for the
organization in which I worked.

Conducting various activities, the response of prospects was positive and acceptable which was a
compliment for our organization. As nowadays, people generally don’t trust in real estate sector
due to delay in construction, not giving timely possession and owners invest money in other area
apart from construction payment.

Due to such circumstances lot of people don’t want to risk their amount to newly establish project
and it is hard to convince and realize them our organization will fulfill their promises and delivered
possession on time to them.
