Introduction to idea
First idea
It is a platform where people will buy and sell each other's services. It will be
an online platform. This will be a online website. The name of this website will be (Work for You). The
advantage of this platform is that this will provide all services relate to daily life at one place.

Methods
It will use two methods, the traditional method and the non-traditional method. Both methods will
be used for the transaction of different types of services between the buyer and the seller on this
online platform.

Method#01
In this method, the buyer will place, its work in the form of a project on that platform
to catch and attract sellers of such services and clients. In this method, there will be bids from sellers
on that placed project. The project will be awarded to the one who gives the best bid or who can
satisfy the project owner. the project may be in the form of buying and selling of services.

Method#02
In this method, the seller will make the account on that platform to sell its services.
they will place their services in the form of a project on its own account on that platform. When
outsiders will visit the platform, they buy the placed services, if buyer need such type of services.

Profession
we require services of others who fire specialised in one held or the other. For example,
we need the services of doctors for our treatment, lawyers to get legal support etc.

Employment
Employment refers to an occupation in which a person works regularly for others and
get wage/salary in return. They will be company executives, bank officials etc.

Vocation
Sometimes people earn their livelihood through vocation. Vocation basically means
possession of a specific skill and its application towards earning a livelihood. For examples people
like carpenter, tailor, plumber, beautician, musician, electrician, computer operator etc.

Reason of selecting
I chose the first idea because it would provide a platform where people
would help each other in which one man would provide the service and the other man would give
cash which would be the service provider. This platform will bring all those in one place in a very
easy way. People just want their job to be easier so they can save time and money.

What would it be like in the current situation if a student and a teacher agreed that the teacher
would manage the student's schedule wise testing and the student would pay cash in return, This is
an example that I have given, there are many others, Because this platform will meet the needs of the
people in the right way, that's why I selected this idea

Second idea
my second idea is about the watch selling business. I think that is a great opportunity
for me as a resident of Balochistan. Because Balochistan has a good market for watches. A large
number of watches and various designs come from Border to Balochistan. These watches are
available at very low prices, their prices are very cheap if compared to other provinces of Pakistan.
These are found in good quality and at a very low price. I want to sell these watches to use online
platforms such as Draz.com, olx.com, home shopping. pk, and Symbios.pk etc.

Reason of rejection
I reject my second idea. The first reason to reject it is that the first idea is
much better than the second idea. It's just a reason to reject. And second reason for this rejection is
that people are already working on different online platforms to sale watch.

The final idea is that people who want to sell its services will be connected with those
people who want to buy other people's services for cash on an online platform. The question is how
this idea came to my mind. So the answer is that I spent some of my daily routine time, searching on
some platforms like google, YOUTUBE and other social media platforms.

Expanding
The skills and support we need to convert our ideas into practice will require a web
developer or programmer who specializes in coding, some other skills that are essential to us such as
networking skills, marketing skills, and customer relationship skills. This is very important for the
whole process.

Exposing
All the information we found out about this idea and the things we encountered, which is
about the whole process that we learned while exposing our idea, what is a domain name, what is
hosting, plugins that are necessary for website and what are themes and languages that are needed
to create a website such as HTML, CSS, Java, JavaScript, Python etc.

Challenging
Getting people to our website and increasing our website traffic is a difficult task
because, in the beginning, it is new for people. But it can be improved through effective
advertisement and marketing, and also digital marketing.

Idea 1
Training Company
The main object of this project was to provide the training about sales, marketing, or
trading, developing a brand, weather online or offline.
And promoting the awareness in young gen. to stand on their own.
For running this business I’ll need professional trainers and experienced people related
to these skills.

Reason of Rejection:
But unfortunately I’ve reject this idea because I’ve no knowledge or links with any
professionals who help me to run this project.

Idea 2
Gardening Company
This purpose behind this idea was to provide gardening facility in local areas, and
providing the beautiful lawn and garden to families who wants to make their home
beautiful with flowers and gross.

Reason of Rejection:
But I find out that the area I lived in is not really urban, it’s between urban and rural, and
most of the people are not interested in making gardens at home because they are
already surrounded with lot of green fields and flowers.

Moving Company (Selected Idea):

This is a local moving company who wants to provide fast, friendly, professional
moving services. Whether you need to move a single item, or a full apartment or an
office, we will handle your items with love and care.
Reason for Selecting the Idea:
There was a need in market of this business, because there was not any particular and
effective service here. People moves their things either on carts, which can cause their
things damaged most of times or by their own vehicles.
So I came up with this idea.

Business Ideas
I have three business ideas which are described below
#1
Commission basis business:
I want to make contract with some most popular companies of Pakistan as
well as of China than I will open a super market in the most populated areas
of Gilgit Baltistan.
I make agreement that there will be restrictions to sale or provide any product
except me to any other dealer or agent. After that I fix my profit on every
product. I will receive my profit as commission above the company rate.
Some companies I want to select of Pakistan areas after checking
demand of products as well as china.

I want to make a platform where all services products provider will be invited
to add at private level, on the other hand all the people who want to render
services to those services and products providers, I will deal indirectly means I
will be agent and receive my commission monthly from both sides.

In chilas there is no shop where all types of edibles as well as other products
of needs are availed, now I want to open with a name “super Store”
So that every customer no need to visit every shop every needs will be
satisfied by my store.
This is my third business idea
Dear Sir, according to my thinking my three ideas are possible and want to
implement after completing my degree.
Now according to your requirement I select my idea #2.
Reason of rejection of idea no 1
Actually people of Gilgit Baltistan especially Chilas do not give priority to any
new products and business shops, they always try to purchase from shops
from which they used to purchase already. So that it is rather difficult to
persuade them.
Reason of rejection of idea no 3
For opening such a big store it is rather difficult to arrange a huge capital. So
to arrange capital for this, it’s a big hurdle for me.
Reason of selecting of idea no 2
There is no need of huge capital by using little capital, I can deal my business
activities. I’ve to meet just different service providers and the business
organizations who needs these services.
