Establishing a new business plan :-

Rental website can be a new business that can be effectively launch in todays
worldwide society as there is time where globalized world exist so by seeing
this thing I decided to launch this type of company which will going to provide
a websites to other big company in this we will provide a product to other
company basically who are dealing in online business services providing to the
customers and we will give them the services upon a maintaining a websites or
renting our websites to them in return these companies will give us rent charges
company will not get so much complexity in this case as one part of there work
is not overloaded they will get ready made websites instead of creating by there
own and getting huge amount of cost by doing this a specialized persons like IT
persons they have to hire it will save cost and time of them but the thing is that
we will not sale that websites just provide rent based services related to
websites to that companies and further these companies can give us monthly
basis rent .

Work face of a business

That business idea just is its initial stages as many marketing strategies are
being used by our department like analysis on our companies on promotion
strategies that we are going to use in that initial stages like social media
promotion is the best way to introduce that idea among many peoples or
targeted company as in that way less cost will occur by using social media apart
from this commission based advertising agency we can higher for some time
after that we will have to check the results from our promotional strategy that
they are working or not only than we will go ahead from that stage.

Market strategies that we are going to use are who is our target audience by
conducting a survey on the companies who required our services and what is the
niche market for our product or services than we will do market analysis on

Of the newly establish company in that we will analyze that what are the
strengths of our business that we are going to use to promote more in our
company and what are the weakness of our company which we are going
to improve within time limit of the work objective apart from this we are
going to find what are the opportunities that we can get in our business
field rather than other competitors for this purpose I will also analyze my
company
Competitive advantage over other competitors if they are providing the
similar service to the clients.

Cost analysis :- cost analysis is the major thing for every company as
first thing that we have to see is that what could be the cost of the
company according to the objective of the company or what level of
services company is going to provide so cost analysis is the most
important thing that we have to check before doing any
other further process in initial stages of the new product, service launch
of the newly established company for this purpose cost cutting method,
cost estimation, cost benefit analysis, profit margin analysis all these
kind of analysis we have to see if the cost feasibility is there only than
further process can encourage the other activities.
Money required in rental website business

As you get bigger, you could then ask for X dollars each month; doing so
generates a steady residual income for you. The few businesses already
doing website rental charge up to $499/month, which is certainly not a
bad passive income.

Project launch of the company

Now after this idea and marketing analysis , competitive advantage and cost
budget we will promote that project in the market that we are ready to provide
these kind of services by this that company if above mentioned things will
provide a right guide to promote and beneficial for us. Than project launch will
done accordingly

1) Objective of the project :-


first we will define project objective to our team various people
involve in a specific project than defining a project is important
role for a project manager because sometimes when the project
objective is not clearly define than so many problems arise
accordingly we will guide them to the exact thing we want to
achieve in this project.
2) Division of work and make supportive plans :-
than accordingly we will make plans to achieve the main objective
of the project because the master plan remains the same but
supportive make our work easy as they divide the work in simplest
way that again will create efficiency to the project. Second thing
that division of work is important we will divide every person work
according to there field that one person will work on a efficiency of
the project other on cost, one can monitor the activities and map
those activities one will see where we are standing now how much
is to be done and when it is to be done accordingly he can make
Gantt charts that when and what specific activity is mapped under
his supervision so this kind of activities can be done other division
of work of different peoples who are working under the project.
3) Budget plans:-
this concept I have already discuss above that what kind of
analyses we are going to make under budget related to cost and
profitability that what should be the methods and techniques we
will use under the budget Preprations like cost analyses, cost plus
margin analysis, profitability ratios ,cost cutting analysis etc.
4) Potential risk identifications :-

zero risk will never exist in every project so we cant avoid risk but
lesser down that risk for this purpose we can do some Probability
analysis under risk management that at what level we can get that
much risk how to lower down that risk in accurate way and what
can be the techniques that we can use to lessor down that risk in
our project and many other questions will also get solve when we
work on risk analysis .

5) Integration of team members:-


division of work and proper integration of every member in the
project is essential thing that’s why integrate every person who is
working with us because every small work is linked with other and
everyone should have to report there work among them that’s why
there integration is necessary everyone should have proper
knowledge about there work and as well as other that who is doing
that specific work or who get that kind of specific duty for the
project in this way time efficiency will increase for this purpose
proper ERP model we can create that will again create a
integration among every person and sharing of information is easy
through this software.

6) Organise a launch-of-the-project meeting

A so-called kick-off meeting is necessary to launch a project properly as it


allows you to
 bring together all the people involved in the project
 recall the context, challenges and objectives of the project
 give out the action plan and explain different stages of the project
 clarify roles and responsibilities of each and every team member
 define operating rules
 discuss potential risks.
