1.1 Purpose, Scope and Objectives.

Main purposes of our project are:

We live in a digital era, technologies are developing day by day. We need to keep up with the
modern world. That is what our project serves. NFTs are non-fungible tokens. To say shortly,
people make items, drawings, and various digital works and get money from this. This project is
to sort these items and help people easily find their desired products.

Scope and objectives

Our main goal is to unite artists and lovers of art. To do this we need to create a space where
everyone will have an opportunity to discover and explore artists and their artworks. To do so
we need to assemble a website where people can easily find their targets be it artists, fields of
art, or artworks themselves. The website sorts all items into different labeled groups and makes
it easier for people to explore. Once they find the desirable item they can easily buy it with
crypto currency. The website also sorts artists into ethnical groups so if you are interested in art
and different trends near you, then this website is the best place to visit.^.^

Statement of Work

Description and scope: this project is for everyone slightly interested in art and digital trends. especially
For people who makes art or enjoy it.

Approach: to implement the project we must cover some milestones: we need to find IT specialists for
creating the website. Hire some web UI/UX designers . Get the sponsors for needed equipment and
assemble the main management team.

Resource requirements: from materialistic side we need to persuade funds to sponsor this project. Get
money for salary. Taxes, direct and indirect costs. Furthermore, we have distributed roles among our
team members, to be clearer, Mariam kopaleishvili will be marketer and take care of things like survey,
advertisement and defining strategy. lizi turashvili will be HR and is responsible for survey, finding
participants and making meetings. Beqa janelidze will be in finances and they will be responsible for
budgeting, calculating salaries and all costs which are related to finances Mariam piranishvili will be in
charge or risk management and anano beruashvili will be responsible for advertisement.
Risks and Concerns

• until we start a project, we need to mention the risks that may be created in the near
future. In this case, we may face risks that are : quality risks, technical risks, or safety
risks. When someone creates his or her item, it must be protected because there is a
great danger of plagiarism. as you can see and it is also easy to imagine, one of the
issues may be long-term market dominance. Besides these issues, the remarkable
problems may be changes in manufacturing or service. Also, there is a great chance that
not everyone will be happy with this project so we face operations resulting from the
project. Finally, as we mentioned on the top, the most important and considerable
problem will be patent protection, because there is a great chance and too many cases
to someone else's work was stolen, take a screenshot and enjoy themselves. Cost,
profit potential, time to market, and development risks are things that should be
considered. For every risk we need mitigation strategy which will have 3 options: search for
fund raisers, control and documentation and cross training.

Outstanding Issues
For our project, we do not have any outstanding issues. There can be some challenges during
the project implementation, but nor of them is necessary to take seriously or give special
attention, because none of them is outstanding problem. Our project is not overloaded, strange
or entangled, also it is greatly planned and implemented, so it excludes any outstanding issues.

1.2Project Deliverables

We devided our project by 4 phases. Design , planning , controlling and execution. All of these
phases come together with deliverables.

Designing phase includes: working on web design and everything about items.

Planning phase involves: risk analysis , schedule and task planning, finances, project team and
user planning.

Controlling phase involves: resource management, cost management, risk management.

1.3 Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) – (Table 3)

creating a work breakdown structure for our project was a heavy work because it involves so
many tasks altogether.
Main project- website for sorting and collecting nfts.
We devided our project by 4 phases. Design , planning , controlling and execution. All of these
phases come together with deliverables. Designing phase includes: working on web design and
everything about items.
Planning phase involves: risk analysis , schedule and task planning, finances, project team and
user planning.
Controlling phase involves: resource management, cost management, risk management
as we all know every project has its own risks and it is crucial to analyze them, this deliverable
like most of the deliverables, has 4 work packages, technical quality safety and financial risks,
each of them needs their own supervisor to maintain projects high security, financial stability
and maximum quality, second we have planning with two work packages, define the concept
and find target audience, it is very important to make sure that every member clearly
understands project’s task and it is also critical to find right target audience to make your
project successful.
up next there is web design, it contains work packages such as, hiring a web designer which is
extremely important for attracting customers, provide technology to work efficiently and of
course finally launch a website.
Then items, sorting items will make it easier for customers to use our website .
As you can see, finances has 3 work packages, budget investment and expenses, managing
budget helps to sort out all things needed like investment and expenses, project team involves
digital assistant technical staff and board of directors, every single one of them and their tasks
are contributing to project’s success,
user planning, find the right seller for obvious reasons and research customer preferences to
adapt your goods to their liking,
resource management, allocating people to right tasks, managing technology and allocating
money to right investments.
Costs management obviously contains Managing fixed and variable costs,
Execution, starting with comparing plan versus actual progress, then improving processes
continuously is also crucial to keep up with competitors
1.4 Responsibility assignment Matrix (RAM) (Table 9)

we had to choose the most suitable position for each of our group members. Based on work
breakdown structure we had 15 positions to consider. For items, beqa is responsible for sorting
them, lizi is meant to have approval role, mariam is supporter and other mariam will be a
notificational helper
In the work package of planning, we have decided lizi to be responsible for finding a target
audience, mariam will be in a notification field, im approval in that case
Next is work package of finances. as you can see lizi is supporter, mariam will have a
responsibility and other mariam has an approval role
About project team we have 3 parts: digital assistant supporter will be lizi and mariam because
of the appropriate skills, i have a notification helper role and mariam is responsible for this
assistance
in next task lizi has notification role in providing technology and in the last task we have 3
responsible team members
Next work package is user planning where i have a responsible task in finding the seller and
customer preferences. mariam is supporter in that field. then we have resource management
where lizi has responsibilities, mariam has approval role, im the supporter and mariam is in
notificational field
Next deliverable is cost managment. beqa has responsibilities for managing fixed and variable
costs, im the supporter and lizi has approval role
And the last deliverable is execution where we have 3 tasks. Im responsible for comparing plan
versus actual progress, lizi will be supporter and mariam is meant to be an approval lizi has
responsibility for second task and for the last task mariam is supporter for documentation and
lizi has an approval role .As we can see on the slide for the work package of web design, ui/ux
design responsible is Mariam kopalesihvili and lizi and me play the supporting role. For the
work package of providing technology we decided that beqa would be the best choice to take
responsibility. And lizi will be the notificational helper for the same task.
1.5 type of contracts
Numerous components of contractual obligations between project organizations and clients
can exist, but most contractual documentation possesses some key identifiable
features:
• Contractual requirements. All projects are promised in terms of the specific functionality, or
performance criteria, they will meet. This raises two questions: First, what is the definition
accepted by both parties of “specific performance”? Second, are the terms of performance
clearly understood and identified by both parties?
• Valid consideration. What items are voluntarily promised in exchange for a reciprocal
commitment by another party? Does the work authorization contract make clear the
commitments
agreed to by both parties?
• Contracted terms. What are excusable delays, allowable costs, and statements of liquidated
damages in the case of nonperformance? What are the criteria for inspection? Who has
responsibility for correction of defects? What steps are necessary to resolve disputes?
Contracted terms typically have clear legal meanings that encourage both parties to
communicate
efficiently.
