RENTAL AGREEMENT

This Rental Agreement is made and executed on this the Day of JULY 2023, at
Hyderabad by and between:

MRS. SINGAMSHETTY ANURADHA W/O SINGAMSHETTY SRINIVAS aged about: 40


years, Occ: HOUSEWIFE, H NO 6-6/05/2/A, MARPALLY VILLAGE AND MANDAL,
VIKARABAD DIST 501202 Telangana.

Hereinafter called the “LANDLORD” which term shall mean and include all her heirs,
successors, legal, representatives, assigns administrators attorneys etc., of the ONE
PART.
AND

Mr. GUDEPU NARSIMULU YADAV, S/O KANDAIAH GUDEPU aged about 53 years, H
NO 6-6/05/2/A, MARPALLY VILLAGE AND MANDAL, VIKARABAD DIST
501202 Telangana.

Hereinafter called the “TENANT” which term shall mean and include all her heirs,
successors, legal representatives, assigns, administrators, attorney etc., of the
OTHER PART.

WHEREAS the First Party is the absolute owner and possessor of ,, H NO 6-6/05/2/A,
MARPALLY VILLAGE AND MANDAL, VIKARABAD DIST 501202 Telangana.

WHEREAS the tenant has approached the First Party and requested to let-out the
Schedule property for RESIDENTIAL PURPOSE for which the First Party has agreed to
let-out the premises on the following terms and conditions:
NOW THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT WITNESSETH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the tenancy is for a period of 11 monthsand the tenancy shall be
deemed to have commenced from 1st Day of MAR, 2023.
2. That the rent for the scheduled property is Rs. 10,000/- and the tenant has
agreed to pay the rent on or before 5th of every English Calendar month.
3. That the Tenant shall pay electricity charges separately to the concerned
authorities and should maintain in clean and neat conditions and shall not
damage any part of the premises.
4. That the Tenant has paid a sum of Rs. 20,000/- by way of cash as the
INTEREST FREE SECURITY DEPOSIT to the Owner and the Owner hereby admits
and acknowledges the receipt of the same. The said interest free deposit shall be
returned by the Owner to the Tenant after cancellation of this rental deed or
after vacating the said premises and after adjusting and dues/claims with
reference to the said premises.
5. The Tenant has agreed that he cannot sublet the premises and also not
entitled to change any structures in the above said premises under any
circumstances.
6. That the Tenant has agreed to allow the Owner to enter the said premises at
all reasonable times to examine the condition of the premises.
7. In case of eviction/termination of this deed, either of the party shall give two
months advance notice in writing to the other party.
8. The Owner shall pay the property tax towards the premises.
9. That if the Tenant fails to pay the monthly rent regularly and punctually he
shall be deemed to be a defaulter.
10. That there shall be an enhancement of 5% on the existing monthly rent every
year

IN WITNESS WHEREOF both the Owner and Tenant have signed the Rental
Agreement with their own free will and consent on this day, month and year as
aforementioned.
