First of all we have taken the consent of the wall owner verbaly in five areas of Lahore the wall areas
were bahria town, jaffria colony bund road,johar town,kalasha kaku ,shahdra,model town. We contact
to the monitor to see the wall which we selected for print a message.After this monitor sent the best
wall to coordinator and our coordinator approved this best option among all walls which is in jaffria
colony bund road Lahore.Then we have taken a written consent from the owner of that wall which is a
legal requirement of law and also VIS department requirement . We kept in mind about the visibility
of the wall its owner consent and its condition.

Secondly,We have hire a appropriate and skilled wall painter for the purpose of painting the wall
according to the exact design which was given by our VIS department.We briefly define the wall
painter about the dimensions of the design which is required to be printed on the wall.It has taken
around 6 to 7 hours to complete the message on wall.

After one day we visited out academies and colleges for the approval of sessions.We found out the
best academies where we have to conduct the sessions. After agreed timings of the session to the
academies we have taken the written approval to the academies and submitted that approvals to the
VIS office. Next day we have conducted four session in different academies named (Fahad science
Academy, Unique academy, Stars academy,Rana science academy)placed in Gulshan Ravi Lahore,
and one session has been conducted on Monday at NASA academy in SODIWAL.

We have compiled all the data in file and write the CD, and gives our feeback about what we have
learned about that Volunteer in services activities.

 We learned how to deal with a strangers to get our work done.

 We learned how that social messages are important for the batterment of the society.

 We learned volunteers work includes many factors which play major role in improving

the society from the bad.

 We learned that some people are stubborn and learned the way how to deal with them.

 We learned how we can work as a volunteer team to spread our message through the

wall.

 We had a very good experience while doing this work, and it has improve our

volunteer satisfaction as well.

 We conducted voluntarily session in different institutes to spread our good words and

managed the sessions.
