Date:______09/20/16__________ GOALS: What are our team goals for this project? What do we want to accomplish? What skills do we want to develop or refine? Our team goals for this project are to create something that fulfills the consumer needs in the simplest way possible. We would like to develop more design and building skills corresponding with solving problems. We want to accomplish creating a working, safe, and inexpensive item to fit the consumers need.
EXPECTATIONS: What do we expect of one another in regard to
attendance at meetings, participation, frequency of communication, the quality of work, etc.? We expect respect towards one another. When we work together and brainstorm, we must take all ideas into consideration. We will communicate to each other whenever necessary, and always have a task at hand to participate, and always make sure that all work presented is in the highest possible quality
POLICIES & PROCEDURES: What rules can we agree on to help us meet
our goals and expectations? 1. Be respectful 2. Make sure all work is done on time 3. When contacted, respond as soon as possible about progress or issues 4. Prioritize all issues at hand
DESIGN TEAM CONTRACT
CONSEQUENCES: How will we address non-performance in regard to these goals, expectations, policies and procedures? We will address non-performance by a push towards reminding members of the original goals and rules. Possibly threaten to shave of a piece of their eyebrow until they get work done. Also potentially be shunned from the rest of the group and if it persists, contacting Mr. Vessalo about other options.
