What tasks will the group focus on:


 Collaborative development of each other though curriculum coverage and
doing independent exploratory analysis and presenting them to the group
 Increase efficiency of the group by identifying and assigning tasks based
on personalized skill sets. At the same time, we will try to work in a mix
of tasks to ensure everybody gets to learn each other’s work
 Ensure all deliverables are submitted on time, with due importance to
quality of work
 Keep motivation and morale level to team high.

Who will be responsible for them:


The team as a whole is responsible for the tasks mentioned above. Also on a
project basis we will be assigning a project leader to make sure that he drives
the entire project and keeps everyone abreast with their roles and
responsibilities. We together intend to keep the group morale high and learn
from our mistakes and set the bar of success higher every time.

Students and specific roles (e.g. group leader or coordinator, chair or


facilitator, note-taker, time-keeper, devil’s advocate, idea generator)
How group members will collaborate to complete them:
We will give responsibility of completing a group task on a rotational basis,
where the chosen person is supposed to drive the entire project starting from
timelines and assigning tasks. Everyone is supposed to abide by the rules made.
At the end of the project we see the work flow and challenges, if any, in
retrospect.

Communication Norms:
Communications will be mostly informal on common WA group. The deadlines
made will be intimated in advance. We also intend to keep informal connects
time to time, like group movie nights to enjoy together and build better
bonding.

Conflict Resolution Norms:


As far as conflicts are concerned, proactively we believe that proper
communications and discussions can reduce them. In cases of conflict, we
promise to keep our egos aside and discuss the pain points openly and find a
middle rational way, keeping eye on the deadlines and timelines of the project.

Standards by which a group member, would be removed if s/he doesn’t


perform their share of the work:
We are not putting to any standards as such. Our idea is to involve each other
as much as possible in most of the tasks and collaborate together, thus keeping
each other motivated.
How will the group avoid issues such as members arriving late to meetings,
members not completing work in time:
We have created a shared workspace on Trello, which we are using to track the
timelines of deliverables and keeping an eye on the progress of the tasks. And
as mentioned, our intention mostly it to support each other and keep
ourselves motivated to weed out such issues.
