CONFLICT RESOLUTION PROCESS
What steps will the group follow to successfully resolve team conflicts?
EXAMPLES:

 If someone is incommunicado, first call, then if that does not resolve the issue, meet as
a team to discuss.
 If someone misses a deadline, allocate additional resources to help, then if that does not
resolve the issue, meet as a team to discuss.
 Escalate only once all internal options have been exhausted.

Your Conflict Resolution Process:


 If you have questions or concerns, text the person first, if needed follow up with phone
call.
 Complete all assigned tasks by due dates, if you cannot, then notify team so they can
help.
 If a member of the team does not respond, and all steps taken (text, call, meet) then we
escalate to the professor.
