- We will use frequent communication and discussion of ideas. We will also 
work out an equal distribution of all required work  
 
 

How will your group divide up the work and meet deadlines? What strategies will you 
use? 
 
- The group will divide up the work equally and distribute tasks between each other. The 
group will keep track of important deadlines and will meet a few days before each is due 
to discuss progress.  

 
  

Project Standards: 
What is the realistic level of contribution and quality for the tasks and roles you 
have identified? 
- The realistic level of contribution expected is 50/50 in the group. All work is 
expected to be in your own words and not plagiarized, as well as being of good 
quality.   
 

Group Maintenance: 
What strategies will you use to encourage ideas from all group members? How will 
you make decisions? 
  
- To encourage ideas from all group members we will use open discussions where 
all ideas will be accepted. No ideas will be discouraged or judged improperly. Our 
group will make decisions together after planning and discussion from all members 
of the group.  
 

How will your group handle group conflict? 

 
- Our group will handle conflict by trying to solve it first between each other through 
discussion of ideas and opinions. If the conflict can’t be handled within the group 
we will inform the teacher of the group conflict.  
 

Describe, as a group, how you would handle infractions of any of the obligations of 
this group contract: 
 
As a group we will handle any infraction of an obligation by first giving the group member 
a chance to make up for their mistake. If the infraction continues the group will notify the 
teacher and mark deductions will be made.
