Our main objective with this project is to come up with a successful marketing strategy
for edible water balls. This would include understanding the marketing environment,
SWOT analysis, and an environmental scan. Further, we aim to understand the
consumer’s requirements and analyze their behavior towards any competitors or
substitutes of the product in the market. The product is made of alginates and ice and is
made into a ball after the process of spherification.

2. Assign roles: How will you assign the work to be done so that it is fair? Assign the
roles that each member will be taking on. Some suggestions:

We will connect 4 days a weak in-person until the project completion we

already have each other’s numbers so in case someone will be sick then
we will communicate over a phone or a Zoom meeting

 How will you make decisions as a group?

We will make decisions together with complete collaboration

  How will you ensure that the contributions by members are of high
quality?

We will double-check the content made by each of the team members and
if someone found the content of the other as below average then they can
freely give the suggestion we will work on it to improve that.

 Set clear deadlines for contributions and submissions to be delivered

on time.

If someone going to miss the deadline then they will mail the other
teammates with an appropriate reason

 Discuss the prevailing attitude to take on this project.

We will always be respectful with each other and we will always be

friends.

 Discuss the importance of reliability.
