2. Unpopular decision happens when you are not familiarwith the


situation. To handle the feedback you need tobe open minded and
stay calm to avoid cumulative damage. As soon as you let
something unsolved, it become worst and lead to a bigger problem.
To handle the situation effectively, before making any decision you
must consider the positive and negative effect and decide who
would be affected and what would be the results of your decision.
3.If I identify already the pros and cons, I could decide by myself
however if not especially if I lack expertise in a particular field, then

the members of the group and listen to each other ideas, then decide
what idea is more applicable on the said project.

5. When we had an individual capstone research during Senior High


School, however our teacher decided to pair us for the final defense on
the next day and should submit immediately the list of research title to
be defended. Since it was a time pressure, me and the partner should
decide and choose which of our research will be defended. Before we
decided, we discussed thoroughly about our individual's research and
identify the pros and cons of it. At the end, mutually decided to
sacrificed my research and chose Shot on Yliince his research was more
understandable and simple thought.

6. While you are collaborating on a team project then you noticed some
coworkers failing in their behalf, you need to tell their failure and correct
it in a proper way. If it is not effective you need to do their job or let say
multi-tasking so that you can still come up on the said deadline.

7. Handling a demanding external stakeholder who keeps changing


requirements for a specific project is challenging but it is manageable
with the right approach. You need to document every changes of the
project so that you have references. It is also important to have a clear
communication to the external stakeholder so that you can report the
development of the project. You have also to share ideas or advice for
the better outcome.
8. I would weigh the costs and benefits. I would take into account the
company's financial resources as well as the particular requirements of
my workplace and the organization's long-term objectives. I would make
a case to my manager that the more costly software is worth it in the
long run, if it greatly increases productivity or includes capabilities we'll
need on in the future

9.Working under pressure is not an easy task to do and there are times
that we face this kind of struggle. To get through this kind of situation it
is important to determine which tasks is need an immediate attention.
These could be the tasks with approaching deadlines or tasks that holds
significant outcome if not completed in time.

10.Before making a decision, I would rely on objective data and


evidence as much as possible. I base my decisions on empirical
information rather than subjective opinions or personal beliefs. If I can't
decide then, I would seek information from others for more diverse
perspectives.

required. The first step taken by the firm is to set targets for the three months duration for selling
maximum number of shoes in the market which they set as 2,50,000. The team doesn't want to
make any mistake so they decide to do proper planning. They decide to chalk out alternative
plans so that they can arrive at the best possible plan however the team is surrounded with doubts
to remove doubt it goes for judging the plans to get most profitable one. the plan si taken to the
whole organization and the concern person ultimately it is put into action without much caring
for the results the company start working in the other projects simultaneously identify the steps
in the planning process which have been applied by the organization in the above case?
