1. I would first Try to go out what the main issues wire between
them. Allur that. I would set up a mosting and spok with each of
them separately so that I could hear both sides of the story and be an
active listener. I would also make sure that each employee had a
chance to veice their opinions le order to better address or resolve
their conflict, I will flest take the time to sanderstand cach
employee's perspective and acknowledge that conflicts may arive
from a variety of viewpoints Lastly, I will encourage them to come
up with possible solutions for their conflies and remind them of the
company's values and code of conduct2.
6. While you are collaborating on a team project then you noticed some
coworkers failing in their behalf, you need to tell their failure and correct
it in a proper way. If it is not effective you need to do their job or let say
multi-tasking so that you can still come up on the said deadline.
9.Working under pressure is not an easy task to do and there are times
that we face this kind of struggle. To get through this kind of situation it
is important to determine which tasks is need an immediate attention.
These could be the tasks with approaching deadlines or tasks that holds
significant outcome if not completed in time.
