Background and Goals

As you know that our society is famous which has drawn attention of great number of university

students. From the past two year the society has conducted most successful events as well as we

have reached to high number of events comparing to other societies. These all events not only

helped student for their growth but also helped university. Even our last business competition

was the most successful and unique event of the year. Recently we have surveyed students about

our several plans which they think would be beneficial for them and grow their skills. The result

of survey has given clear picture about our final decisions. The purpose of the survey was to find

out student involvement and their satisfaction from launching the new project. The new project

was to launch online trading screen to our university which helps student to learn about trading

activities which they study in different courses during theory classes. Another important benefit

of trading screen is that students will have the chance to grow the value of their investment.

Through this they can also get financially independent which will help them to get ready for their

practical life. The growing challenges in job market will help students to start their own job for

their well being. The last key benefit of trading screen is that it will benefit university to grow in

the environment of competition and make us unique comparing to other university.

Proposed Plan

Upon conducting the survey we have reached the final decision and are able to reach the below

decision:

Survey. We had conducted a survey about trading screen in our university premises which

would be connected online to our Pakistan stock exchange. The survey was sent to students of

different programs from management science department, it includes many open ended as well
as clouded ended questions about the pros and cons of our new plan. Those questions were

prepared by our expert professors in the field of business.

Analysis. The data of the survey will be analyzed program wise by our expert faculty from

management science department. We requested to those faculty members who are expert in data

analysis i.e. professor of Business Analytics. Using their knowledge we are able to find the

probability of making this project successful as well as beneficial for students.

Report. The final report is sent to you by the general secretary of our society. The report clearly

states the finding by our expert faculty, along with that we have also sent survey date as well as

graphical analysis to you for your convenience.

Schedule. With the approval from student affairs manager we decided the schedule of survey on

these dates:

Questionnaire development 1-3 December

Mailing of questionnaire 4 December
Deadline for returning questionnaire 6 December
Data tabulation and report 7-10 December
Completion of final report 13 December

Staffing.

The whole process of making and conducting the survey was assigned to executive members of

society. Mr. Xyz, President Accounting society and student of semester 8. Along with that the
general secretary MS.Abc and student of 5th semester has assisted him in the whole procedure.

Authorization.

We hope that our unique idea and supporting material will help you to understand the importance

activity fund so that we can start working on it. To take into your knowledge that budget may

vary if we start our project after month of January 2021.
