 Executive Summary
• After doing research on many companies in the current market to increase the no.
of potential clients, we found a company named “The Professional Institute”,
which is an educational institutions facing a learning management problem.
• Our company, “ADHOC Pvt. Ltd, felt that the problem can be turned into an
opportunity for the company by adopting a technological approach by
developing a good learning management analytical app.
• We also estimate the budget required to build that application with its strength
and future enhancement.
 Introduction
• Our company name ADHOC IT Pvt. Ltd is the private company formed by four member.
• Our company is famous for solving the IT related technical problem.
• We provide the best solution that you will get ever.
• Going in to the context, our had been providing the best service across the world.
• Strengths: - Comprehensive analytics, Customizable dashboards, Real-time data, Mobile
compatibility
• The total cost of developing our application will be between $65,000 and $92,2500 based
on our research.
 Problem
• The Professional Institute was founded in 2018 and is registered with the
Ministry of Education of Nepal's Office of the Company Registrar. It is located
near Chipledhunga-9, Pokhara. Along with studying abroad, they also provide
tuition classes, bridge courses, preparation classes, language and computer
training, and tuition.
• Problems: - Lack of organization, Difficulty in communication, Inaccessibility
of information, Lack of comprehensive analytics, Inability to track specific
metrics, Lack of real-time data, Difficulty in identifying at-risk students,
Inefficient use of instructional time.
 Plans
1. Our app will allow educators to create custom dashboards with the most useful
analytics, making it easy to track the most important metrics.
2. Our app will provide real-time data, allowing educators to monitor student
progress and intervene as needed in a timely manner.
3. Our app will be fully compatible with mobile devices, making it easy for
educators to access analytics on the go.
4. Our app will provide educators with a detailed view of student progress,
including data on completed assignments, grades, and attendance.
 Plans
Product Quality and Assurance: -
a. Conduct extensive user testing during the development process to
identify and fix any issues before the app is released.
b. Use high-quality code libraries and follow best practices in app
development to ensure the app is stable and performs well.
c. Offer ongoing support and maintenance to address any issues that may
arise after the app is released.
 Qualification
• Our team consist of highly qualified people.
• We have best supporting team of 20 member.
• We have many experience of making application.
 Budget required
The total cost of developing our application will be between $65,000 and $92,2500 based on our
research.

• In conclusion, our learning management analytical app has the potential to
significantly improve the quality of education offered by institutions.
