my last job was with the research center at king Fahd university of petroleum and
minerals, I was the team leader of 5 people, the research center was tasked with the
project for (CITC) which is as you know the Communications & Information Technology
Commission. The project has the name ICT market study, it has 4 versions from 2017
until 2020, aiming to study the requirement of the Saudi communication market and to
develop and deploy machine learning models and make it available to CITC applications.
we were 4 teams and my team had responsibility for Analyzing the technology
environment & the CITC specifics, we were Analyzing and documenting requirements and
Setting the collaboration framework, Creating a solution prototype, Participating in
technology selection, Controlling solution development, and Supporting project
management that was our job.
The project was highly sensitive & secret mmmmmm that’s why I can’t really give more
details, but I can describe in general about techniques that we have used and what the
challenges was, and how we overcome them
so we asked them for a sample of data contains all the predictors/features variables that
impact the decision, and we started investigating ... we made a nice job that time, we
uncovered a lot of things very useful to support recommendation, but we couldn’t reach
to address the main complaint, after that good hardworking from our team we've got a big
deal from the bank to overcome the problem, so we continued what we had started
finally we reached to overcome the problem that we've implemented trial de-biased
model which improved the recommendation approximately 65%, what made our client
so happy and grateful to our work
Our finding was that there was more than 4 predictor variables impact negatively on
recommendation, like the Risk factor which categorized female gender in the high-risk
group even if she is a government employee with a PhD certificate and works as a
professor at a government university.
I will mention here other factor impacted the recommendation negatively, no doubt that
Social structure, values, and gender social-ization have un-doubt-edly disadvantaged
women in the process of preparing for a career in business or to have a loan
Two experiments were carried out, using a Goldberg type procedure, to test the belief
that women are unfairly discriminated against when seeking a loan. Carefully constructed
scenarios of an application for loan finance were mailed to loan officers of major trading
bank branches. The scenarios were identical in all respects except for the sex and
education level of applicants. Loan officers were asked whether or not they would
approve loan finance for the proposed business purchase and to indicate factors that
contributed to their decisions.
Significant differences in response to female and male applicants were observed in both
experiments. In Experiment I (University education) males were likely to obtain a loan
more than females, but “education” was considered a more important factor for the
female applicant than for the male.
The last issue we've find that the gender of the loan officer who give the last decision
in women case here in this country is female
17. What did you like least about your last position?
While I enjoyed my time learning and growing in my last job, there was a lack of
opportunity in the way I wanted to progress in my career. I deeply enjoy being challenged
and getting better at what I do, which I understand and confident is a top priority for
managers at your organization. That’s why I’m excited to continue having conversations
about this opportunity
18. How do you handle stress?
well, I’m able to stay calm when I focus on the bigger picture and break down my
projects into smaller tasks. I always start by asking myself, “What is the ultimate goal
I’m trying to achieve?” From there, I make a list of immediate and long-term action items
with achievable but ambitious deadlines. Even if the big project is due tomorrow, I ask
myself, ‘What’s something I can tackle in the next 30 minutes?’ Before I know it, I’ve
made significant progress and that impossible project doesn’t seem so impossible.
For example, on a recent flight, I had pre-ordered my meal only to discover they didn’t
stock enough of my dish. Instead of simply stating the facts, the flight attendant
apologized sincerely and offered me a free drink or premium snack. To me, this apology
went a long way in smoothing things over. The freebie was a bonus that made me feel
valued as a customer and choose the same airline for my next flight
As a Data Architect, I've had the privilege to lead a great team of 5 people, which was
responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, including
data streams, integrations, transformations, databases, data warehouses, and Database
Manipulation of the Financial Databases across 7 different Regions. I've Developed
Programming Systems that mimic brain functions using Deep Learning libraries &

solutions as well as with Digital Transformation consulting. Furthermore we've Develop
AI-driven services to enable companies to take full advantage of the gathered data, by
introducing an AI Consulting, which give companies valuable business insights that will
lead to the automatization of processes and an increase in revenue. We've offered reliable
predictions & successful implementations of data science solutions that help companies
better understand their customers, personalize their service, automate and improve
business processes using advanced data-based technologies.
One time, I was supposed to deliver a project to a client in one month. A colleague who
was working with another client had the same deadline, but he had to take a leave of
absence due to personal reasons. I was forced to take up both projects at the same time.
While I felt an initial sense of panic, I tried to reframe it as an opportunity to see what I
might be capable of. Instead of letting the stress get to me, I came up with a very detailed
time management plan and found new ways to boost my efficiency that enabled me to
deliver both projects on time.
He calmed down and told me that he was involved in another project where he had to do
tasks that were not in his job description. After a meeting with the other project manager,
we came to a resolution that alleviated the technician’s workload. For the remainder of
the project, the technician delivered great work.
I learned that you don’t always know what others are experiencing and by keeping that in
mind, I can better navigate conflict and be a more helpful and supportive colleague.

أخيرا للتغلب على المشكلة التي واجهناها نفذت ً كبيرة من البنك للتغلب على المشكلة ،لذلك واصلنا ما بدأناه

وقد لوحظت فروق ذات داللة إحصائية في االستجابة للمتقدمين من اإلناث والذكور في كلتا التجربتين .في
التجربة األولى (التعليم الجامعي) كان من المرجح أن يحصل الذكور على قرض أكثر من اإلناث ،ولكن
".التعليم" كان يعتبر عامالً أكثر أهمية للمتقدم من اإلناث منه للذكور
آخر مشكلة وجدناها أن جنس موظف القرض الذي اتخذ القرار األخير في حالة المرأة هنا في هذا البلد هو
أنثى
