Profile: Associate Product Manager

Overview:
At Synoriq, Associate Product Managers (APMs) are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business team
using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations and
reports to executives and stakeholders. They are the face of the company.

APMs engage with business teams and users to understand how technology can improve efficiencies and add value to
the existing processes, products, and services. They must articulate those ideas but also balance them against what’s
technologically feasible and financially and functionally reasonable.

Roles and Responsibilities:


1. Act as consultants to the clients. Help the clients by providing the optimal solution
2. To gather and analyze project requirements and offer solutions to satisfy business needs
3. Creating workflows and wireframes as per the business need
4. Ensuring early project issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner
5. Collaborating with internal developers and clients to establish the project's technical vision and analyze
tradeoffs between usability and performance needs
6. Communicate key insights and findings to the product team
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and off-the-shelf solutions
8. Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements verbally or through written
documentation to project managers, and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood
9. Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning,
organizing, and managing resources

Skills required:

5. Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

10. Proficient in Google Docs, Google Spreadsheets, Microsoft Office Suite
11. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
12. Strong customer service orientation
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Aggregate Percentage in Secondary, Senior Secondary and Bachelor: Above 60%
2. At least one project while pursuing graduation/post-graduation.
3. Pursuing Masters/ Bachelors

Batch: 2020, 2021, 2022


Location: Jaipur
Probation duration and Service Agreement: First 6 months
Upskilling duration: Next 6 months
Salary Structure**: 4.50 LPA CTC per annum

**The structure is defined as follows:


Probation Period (First 6 months) Rs. 16,700 CTC

Upskilling Period (Next six months) Rs. 27,100 CTC

Associate Product Manager (on completion of 12 months of Rs. 4.5 LPA CTC
Grooming Period)

Promoter Profile
Mudit Jain is the CEO and Founder at Synoriq. He is an IIT Bombay Alumni with experience of 10+ years of working
with various banks, HFCs and NFCs. He served as the Country Head for Finmechanics at the very young age of 24. He
has also worked with PwC and Diamond Consulting after graduating from IIT Bombay. Before starting Synoriq, he was
the co-founder of Qriyo - India’s first managed home tuition app.
