Rationale:

The idea behind this project is to understand the entrepreneurship skills embedded
within us and to bring out the hidden entrepreneurial traits inside us by coming up
with a business idea of our own and by countering various entrepreneurial aspects
that came in our way while making a complete ready-to-use business plan for our
business idea.

Aim/Benefits of Micro Project:

 Making a report covering all aspects of Entrepreneurship.

Literature Review:

We visited various online websites to gather information about various other


enterprises and about some other young entrepreneurs to get the basic idea and the
steps required to establish a business of our own and to understand how we can
bring our business idea in reality. Some of the websites that we visited include,

Applications of this Micro project:

With the tremendous rise in the technological trends and boom in the e-commerce
industry, sooner or later, e-commerce industry will be the one that all the
entrepreneurs will look forward to and seeing this scope and keeping that in mind,
we decided our business plan related to that industry. Our business idea will provide
all the customers with the best quality products at tremendously low rates.

INTRODUCTION
An e-Commerce website is an information technology method in which traders,
businesses/distributors/marketers can sell products/services and the customer can
purchase on that website electronically by using the internet on the mobile and
computer.
The e-Commerce website means the group of HTML web pages and that is created
to market/sell information/products/services.
E-business applications turn into e-commerce precisely, when an exchange of
value occurs. Digitally enabled transactions include all transactions mediated by
digital technology and platform; that is, transactions that occur over the Internet
and the web.
An e-Commerce website is an information technology method in which traders,
businesses/distributors/marketers can sell products/services and the customer can
purchase on that website electronically by using the internet on the mobile and
computer. It means an e-commerce website is an online shop. e means electronic.
Commerce means business. The website means the group of HTML web pages and
that is created to market/sell information/products/services.
From a bigger perspective, every website on the internet is an e-Commerce
Website. It can be the platform, it can be a marketplace, it can be a portal, it can be
apps, it can be an entertainment website, shopping website, online courses website,
and online degree college.

customers can find and discover any Mobile phones they might want to buy online,
at the lowest possible prices."

Strengths:

1. Sales of Smartphones with Internet capability booming.

Mobile presence.

as per one’s need.

Daily Goals:

 Hold a 15-minute AM strategy meeting every morning.


 Make 200 calls between 8 a.m and 8 p.m.
 Convert 15 of those contacts to appointments or sales.
 Schedule a 15-minute PM strategy meeting every afternoon.
 Adjust calling to ensure 15 conversions out of 100 for the day.

Weekly Goals:

 Review 10 resumes.
 Set appointments to conduct interviews.
 Record weekly sales data totals.
 Monthly Goals.

Quarterly Goals:

 Generate quarterly report.


 Send tax payments.
 Review previous year's same-quarter performance versus this year's data.

CONCLUSION
E-commerce is continuously progressing and is becoming more and more
important to businesses as technology continues to advance and is something that
should be taken advantage of and implemented. From the inception of the Internet
and e-commerce, the possibilities have become endless for both businesses and
consumers.
By using electronic technology through the internet, it achieved
More competitions, more marketplaces, faster transactions, and more advanced
technologies to make activities between customers and producers more active.
We as customers and internet users are responsible to keep our e-commerce
healthy and safe so that e-business can be more reliable in the future.
FUTURE SCOPE
E-commerce has bloomed over the years and is one of the fastest-growing domains
in the online world.
In India, people prefer shopping online these days rather than having to visit the
physical store. The payment features that are smart and secure as well as the cash
on delivery (COD), which makes the payment, even more, safer with hassle-free
shipping, easy returns and reach out.
The scope of e-Commerce Business in India is undoubtedly going to increase year
after year. A recent report by the Internet and Mobile Association of India shows
that a fast-paced growth of around 50% is to be expected in the coming five years.
The primary attribute of this growth is undoubtedly the rise of 3G/4G mobile
internet users and a large number of smartphone users because the same mobile
commerce is expected to change how business transactions happen in India.
The scope of e-Commerce business is turning out to be more famous day-after-day
according to the market demand. And this requirement is generating innovations
worldwide focused on delivery time, ease of transactions and several features
served by e-Commerce businesses, for example, drone delivery or artificial
intelligence.
This article is focused on scope, future, application and various critical factors for
the growth of the e-Commerce business scope in India.
