Title of Micro-Project:- Student management system

Brief Introduction:- Student management systems serve academic

institutions in a variety of ways, the most important of which is
centralized data administration and accessibility. Teachers will be able
to input, maintain, and access student data more simply. Parents and
guardians have a better understanding of how their children Perform in
class.

Aim of the Micro-Project:- Centralized all data of student so teacher

will be maintain and access data of student and guardians have better
understanding how their children perform in the class.

Intended Course Outcomes :- understand the student

Literature Review:-student management system project is done by

our own methodology we took the reference from some concepts from
internet.

Title of Micro-Project:- student management system

Rationale:- The project student management system allows a person

to understand the concept of management system So this application
gives him the power and flexibility to manage student lists.

Course Outcomes Addressed:- understand the student

management system.

Literature Review:- This student management system project is done

by our own methodology we took the reference from some concepts
from internet.

Actual Methodology Followed:-For this micro project we used

methodology that I created micro project of student management
system using its concepts and we prepared project report.

Abstract

Student Information Management System (SIMS) provides a simple

interface. for maintenance of student information. It can be used by
educational institutes or colleges to maintain the records of students
easily. the various academic notifications to the staff and students
updated by the college administration.
Introduction
Student management systems serve academic institutions in a
variety of ways, the most important of which is centralized data
administration and accessibility. Teachers will be able to input,
maintain, and access student data more simply. Parents and
guardians have a better understanding of how their children
perform in class.
Aim of Project
Centralized all data of student so teacher will be
maintain and access data of student and guardians have
better understanding how their children perform in
the class .

List of Modules
• Student Information Management: The data that are gathered form
the student information must be secured in this system. These data
were composed of the student basic information and academic status.
• Grade and Subject Management: This module designates the
instructors per subjects to every student or enrollees.
• Grading System: The grading system module will sum up and calculate
the given output by the students and the result would the academic
performance of every student. This will monitor the student
performance and behavior throughout the period.
• Fee and Payment Management: Management of fee and payment is
also covered in student management system. The fee and payment
information is processed from the enrollment and then the parents or
students will be updated about their accounts to avoid conflicts.
Quiz Management: Management of quiz and marks is also covered in
student management system
