1 ACTIVITIES AS COMMITTEE IN MULTIMEDIA GROUP

1.1 BEFORE THE PROGRAM

Muhammad Akbar Bin Adnan, 62211114627, Group 2, Multimedia

Before the grouping happens, there is some proposal must be made by our CSR team, and luckily
with the effort that we put on this project, we are able to get this done and the project was
approved by our lecturer and the management of UniKL. After that weve been told to do the
grouping for each segment of work to make it work as intended. And that is where they decided
to put me in the multimedia section which is pretty nice for me to handle the task.
As committee in Multimedia group, my task is to take any picture that related to the program that
we involved which is the Kuala Lumpur Eco Film Festival 2015 or in short, KLEF. It is an
awareness program about how to protect our green environment and exhibition of product that
actually made by recycled item.
Well, it is up to me to take some pictures during the event held and also help my other friends
which is from the other group to make sure the event will run smoothly. There are two task, one
is from the UniKL task, and the other one was under KLEF organization which was led by one of
their volunteer/staff. The first task that were directed by our group is to collect signature of the
people that visit KLEF event as much as possible to show that people are agree with the purpose
of the event, we pick this task because it is not just a signature, but to prove that people are
actually care about their environment that has been polluted generation by generation.

1.2 DURING
So during the day of the event held, I was asked to follow my instructor which is KLEFFs
staff/volunteer to take care of the Boulevard section which is located inside the Publika Mall.
Ive taken some picture that related to the event itself only in the morning. But then things start
to rush as my instructor ordered me to do their task as well which is give recyclable paper bag to
all that come in Publika Mall, which was the most things that Ive done actually. Then after the
task with the KLEFF was over, we have a break and then continuing the original task by our
CSR team which is collecting the signatures and pictures.

1.3 AFTER
Soon after our task was completely finished, we have some free time to enjoy the event like
participating in the games that was made by KLEFF such as outdoor chess, snake ladder and the
wood block picking. It is pretty fun as we interacting with other people and they seems to enjoy
it too. Also help to crowd the place to make it more happening and entertain to ensure the event
spirit never fade. Then, we are prepared to leave the event with some sweet memories and
moment that we shared together as a team. Even though the program was making me exhausted
but still it is worth it, I would be participating again if there is another one and if the time was
right, I will be there for sure.
