Value of EGV Rs.2, 000/- (2 EGVs of Rs.1, 000/- each).
EGVs are Valid for 6 months from the date of issue - (validity date will be mentioned).
EGVs are valid for ONE time transaction only.
EGVs can be used Online for making booking of Flights (domestic/international), Hotels (domestic), Buses (domestic) individually.
EGVs are Cumulative (i.e. they can be clubbed together). However, Cumulative redemption is possible Offline only (through Yatra Call centre) for booking of
Return Domestic Flights, One way/ Return International Flights, Domestic Hotels, Holidays (both Domestic and International).
Buses (domestic) can be redeemed online only.
Holidays (domestic/international) can be redeemed offline only by calling 0124 3040707 / 700 between 10AM to 7PM (all seven days).
User has to apply / quote the unique EGV number at the time of booking to avail the benefits.
Any applicable convenience fee/processing fee/excess tour cost/ government taxes shall be payable at the time of booking (Only if the package cost exceed
the EGV value)
If EGV is lost or stolen, Yatra will not be liable for replacement or Compensation.

If a purchase is equal to the value of the EGV, then customer will have to pay Re.1 to complete the transaction.

HP & Yatra.com are not liable to pay for any difference in fare/tariff between date of redemption request placement and date of using EGV during booking.

In case of cancellations, EGV amount will not be refunded back to the customer.

To book a flight enter travel details like origin and destination details, date of travel, no. of travellers.
Click on SEARCH - a new page will open with various flight options to fly. Select flight and click on BOOK NOW
Click on BOOK NOW Travellers details page will open. Here, customer needs to key in the name of the travellers.
After that payment page will open. Here key in the 11 digit EGV code and click on APPLY
EGV will be applied and discount upto the value of the EGV will be offered on the total booking and e- tickets issued.
Steps to redeem via Offline booking by calling yatra.com call center are:
Call center executive (CCE) will guide you through the process of finalizing your travel itinerary
Inform the CCE that you need to avail both the vouchers that you have. CCE will take the details of the vouchers and
make the booking for you.
At the end of the call , the call center executive will email a link to your emaild id. On clicking this link, you will be
directed to payment page.
HP Redemption Cell will get 1 yr Burglary Cover with Theft Extension Insurance
policy issued for the end-customers.
The steps to avail insurance policy will be performed by HP Redemption Cell and
customers will get the Insurance policy via email.
Policy will be issued within 2 working days after HP Redemption Cell has approved
the redemption.
Policy to be issued on the Invoice amount in the name of the end-customer by
Reliance General Insurance (RGI).
Theft and burglary to be covered under the policy by RGI.
Depreciation rate will be charged on the invoice value @ 2.5% per quarter. Please
refer the example given in the table here.
HPs role will be only till getting the policy issued for the end-customer.
In case of theft/burglary of laptop, customers need to approach RGI directly for
claim filing/claim handling. HP will have no role to play in claim filing/claim handling.
In case of any dispute, HP will have no obligation/liability towards resolving the
same. Customers need to settle such disputes directly with RGI.
End-customers need to ensure that the name with which they are registering at
www.hpshopping.in/amazingdiwali has a bank account in an Indian nationalized or
private bank. This is a compulsory requirement of RGI for claim disbursement.

Follow the Redemption Process of HP Back To College offer. Once your claim is approved, you will receive the Bookmyshow 5-digit voucher
code via email from HP Redemption Cell. After you receive the 5-digit code, following steps need to be performed:
1. Send an SMS to 9239895050 in the following format BMSOFFERS HP917 <5 digit code>. The 5 digit code is valid only till 31st December,
2015. If the 5 digit code is not activated before 31st December, 2015 to receive 16 digit Movie Money code, you will not be able to avail the offer.

Log on to www.hpshopping.in/amazingdiwali and register on or before 16th November 2015 to avail the offer.
Select the offer while registering. Upon registration, you will get a Redemption Code. Please save it and use it
for all communications.
Within 72 hours, you will get an Order Confirmation Email which will contain the amount that is to be paid basis
the offers selected by you during registration. You need to perform the below steps 4 - 7 on or before 30th
November, 2015
After receiving the Order Confirmation Email, go to www.redemptionsupport.com. Enter the Redemption code to
go to Claim Status page

Upload the correct documents against each of the fields mentioned:

If customer uploads the documents but does not make the payment and leaves the website, then the entire transaction
will be cancelled and he/she will have to upload all the documents again.

because of any reason (eg: product purchased outside offer period), then the amount paid will be credited back into
