The deadline to submit your short film is on 4 th JANUARY 2016. Please

burn in a CD and send it to the address below before the deadline.

Please send us your photostated I/C Number and Student ID together too.

All the particpants required to bring their Identification Card( IC ) and also
Student Matrix Card during the Competition date.

Short Film Contest Rules and Regulations.

1) Duration of the movie should be from 15 minutes to 30 minutes, NOT more than that.
2) No remake of other short film or foreign short movies.
3) ONLY UNIVERSITY STUDENTS are allowed to be the Director.
4) The team must consist of students with active ID.
5) Tamil Language should be used as the Major Language in the Movie.
6) Participants are required to pay RM100 as a registration fee for the competition.
STRICTLY NO REFUND.
7) All prizes are non-transferable and non- exchangeable for cash.
8) There must be MORAL VALUES in the movie.
9) Board Members will not be liable for any losses, damages or injuries before or
during the competition.
10) Participants must be responsible for their own safety and personal health during
the competition.
11) Actors must obey the Syariah Compliances ( Please refer to Program Director or
Asst. Program Director for more information).
12) Current board members of UNITEN, MUADZAM SHAH are not allowed to be in the
short film even in a single scene.
13) Judges decision is final and no correspondence shall be entertained.
14) Theme of short film (Participants are required to choose only one theme as main
theme from the list below. Strictly NOT ALLOWED to use alcohol, smoking and
drugs in short film.)
