Please read the General Information web page prior to filling out this portion
of the application.
A nonrefundable deposit of $125.00 (nonrefundable, but applicable to your
tuition) should accompany this application. Receipt of a deposit will hold your
place in the workshop, but the remainder of tuition
and room and board is subject to the dates as listed below. After June 1
please include the entire amount of tuition and room and board. Remember
to include a recording or YouTube link you are a first time applicant.
WORKSHOP TUITION
$350.00 (if received in full before June 1) $375.00 (if received in full
before July 1) $400.00 after July 1 $200 weekend only rate
WORKSHOP TUITION with ROOM & BOARD

Single: $575, after June 1 $600; after July 1 $625)*
Double: $550 (after June 1 $575; after July 1 $600
Please note that refunds will not be given after July 1, and all refunds are
minus the amount of the deposit. However, any tuition paid this year may be
applied to next years event.
*Early arrivals and late departures may be arranged for an additional $25.00
per night.

SCHOLARSHIP & COMPETITION
Yes, I want to apply for a scholarship. Please note that only a limited
amount of scholarship aid is available and will be awarded to students of
exceptional talent who demonstrate financial need and who will be staying on
campus.
Yes, I want to enter a competition:
Pre-college. Please include a check for $60 made out to the ECU Guitar
Competition.
Collegiate. Please include a check for $75 made out to the ECU Guitar
Competition.
For those in the collegiate division who only wish to compete without fully
participating in the workshop, please include a check for $100.00 made out
to the ECU Guitar Competition. This amount includes admission to all recitals
as well as any classes you wish to audit. Competitors may stay on campus for
an additional fee of $45.00 per night, which includes all meals.
All competition fees in either division are nonrefundable.
