ORDER:
In the G.O. first read above as amended from time to time in
the G.O. 8th read above, the last date for filing applications under
Regulation of unapproved and illegal layout Rules 2007 was extended
up to 31-12-2008. However, in view of the circumstances reported by
the Commissioner and Special Officer, Greater Hyderabad Municipal
Corporation, Hyderabad in the reference 9th read above, the
Government have decided to further extend the time for submitting
applications up to 31-01-2009.

Accordingly, the Government in exercise of the powers
conferred under Section 455 AA of the Hyderabad Municipal
Corporation Act, 1955, Section 218 (A) of the A.P. Municipalities Act,
1965, Section 46(A) of the AP Urban Areas (Development) Act, 1975,
hereby issue the following amendments to the Rules issued in the
G.O 1st as amended in G.Os 2nd, 4th,to 8th read above :
AMENDMENTS
In Rule 6 of the said rules for the words on or before
31-12-2008 the following words shall be substituted, namely:
On or before 31-01-2009
In Rule 2 of the GO 2nd read above, after the TABLE-II, the
following shall be added, namely,
(a) 10 % surcharge on the penal amount only shall be levied
on the applications received after 31-12-2008.
(b) 10 % surcharge on the penal amount only shall be levied
in respect of all pending applications where the applicants
have not paid the full amount within the stipulated time
i.e., 6 months from the date of submission of application.
