Your application will be processed only after the payment is verified.

After making the necessary payment applications can be saved even without entering the marks
of the qualifying examination. However such candidates can login using their application number
and date of birth to update the same.Only completed application forms with the marks scored in
the qualifying examination will be processed.

NOTE:

Application number will be generated only on successful completion of entries with the necessary
payment. In case of failure due to communication breakdown/ error/ disconnection during online
payment, the option to verify the status of payment will be provided with which the registration
process can be completed.

Candidates are advised to apply online much before the closing date and not wait till the last date
to avoid the possibility of disconnection/inability/failure to log on the college website on account
of internet/website jam.

A valid e-mail ID or Mobile Number is mandatory for registration. E-mail ID should be kept active.
Status of successful registration, admission notice etc. will be sent through the registered e-mail
ID.

Candidates are requested to fill in the online application form with utmost care as no
modifications will be allowed after submitting the application form.

Request for change/correction in the Application Form shall not be entertained under any
circumstances after submitting the application form. College will not be responsible for any
consequences arising due to furnishing incorrect / incomplete details or failure to provide the
required details.

College cannot be held responsible for online payment failures.

Submitting the application does not guarantee a seat in the college.

Applying for hostel does not ensure hostel accommodation.

How to Apply
Please go through the instructions carefully before you apply
1. Select I agree to proceed with online registration. Select I disagree to go back to home page.
2. Online application form consists of four pages.
3. Details of the Program you wish to apply for and your personal information should be entered in
page 1.
4. Select Next to go page 2. Details of the qualifying examination and marks should be entered.
5. If marks are to be added later, click Skip to move to page 3.
6. Personal identification marks,details of parents occupation, alumnae and participation in
sports/extracurricular activities should be entered in page 3.
7. Click Next to move to the fourth page to upload your photograph.
8. If hostel accommodation is needed, fifth page will be displayed. Guardians name & address and
contact number should be entered.
9. Click Next to display the Application Preview page.

For IOB Net Banking/ Debit /Credit card payment, the candidate will be redirected to the banker's page
and on completion will return to existing page. Before redirecting to bankers page, a unique reference id
will be given to each candidate for payment verification.

On successful payment, the application is saved

by clicking on SAVE button following which the Application number will be generated.
The Acknowledgment Slip should be printed and sent along with the DD by post to The Principal,
Womens Christian College, #51, College Road, Chennai 600006.
After successful completion of registration, an Email confirmation will be sent.

envelope should be submitted along with the application. After registration, communication will be sent to
those students who have been provisionally selected. The provisionally selected student has to attend an
interview along with her parents on the date and time specified in the intimation card. If the student fails
to attend the interview on the date and time mentioned, the provisional selection is automatically

PG Courses: Candidates from any University other than the University of Madras should produce
eligibility certificate from the University of Madras.
