The United Methodist Women would like to wish the Church Family a
Safe and Happy New Year and are looking forward to seeing all of you next year.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY: Jesus is our picture of Gods unfailing, selfgiving love. When we grasp the truth of Christmas, we also find amazing joy:
a long-lasting, life-energizing, soul-strengthening, heart-warming joy.
PRAYER: O God, give us the great joy of those who have found the Christ
child. Amen.

FOOD PANTRY NEEDS: More and More food programs are cutting their programs. The church is experiencing more calls from those that are in need of a few extra
supplies especially during the Holiday Season. We are not a pantry but our 2x4 boxes are
meant to help a family of four in an emergency situation for 3 days. Please help with Jelly,
Peanut Butter, Canned Meat, Boxes of Potatoes and Rice side dishes, cans of corn, carrots
and peas. We could also use a donation of money to buy the boxes we use to pack the
foodthese boxes are $2.00 each. Thank You.
