Introduction
This index has been designed to assist the student to find those
exercises that will give him certain benefits or results, answering such
questions as:
How can I get more benefit from Sleep? and What should I do for
Protection? This index complements the descriptive listings in the
monographs indexes.
Remember, this is not an index o f subjects but of experiments only.
The experiments are arranged herein alphabetically by words which
relate directly to them. Beside the words is indicated the Temple or
Neophyte Degree in which the experiment is to be found, and the
number of the monograph is also given.
If references to the experiment are to be found in more than one
Degree or monograph, all such Degrees and monographs are listed. It is
recommended that the student pay particular attention to the listing
Exercises, Techniques and aids in to ensure success with exercises.
Many exercises will be found in the Weekly Applications at the end of
the monographs.

It is in my monographs, but where? Many students ask themselves this

question as they vainly shuffle through a sheaf of monographs in search
of a needed principle, point, or law. The value of the Rosicrucian
teachings is in their application to the problems of the day. To waste
valuable time in searching for this help is to deprive yourself of the
advantages o f these monographs.
Indexes o f the Rosicrucian subjects have been prepared so that you
may have them available at your finger tips. At a glance, you can locate
every important topic, subject, and principle of the AM ORC teachings.
The subjects are cross-indexed in such a manner that you need not recall
their complete titles to find them. For example, if you wish to locate the
subject o f Concentration on the Aura, you could locate its exact Degree,
monograph, and page number by referring either to Concentration or
Aura, separately. Hours o f labor are saved by these efficient indexes, and
