Issue was solved by copying DVD1 iso image to alcatel/iso but DVD2 and DVD3
installation have failed with server profile not found

handling issue related to one process that was not stopped properly.
Therefore, I need couple of clarifications from the AR. It's not explained
in AR.
->-> How they stopped processes? Ideally, they should follow below script
[root@astral]# cd /alcatel/MS/MS_PMON/scripts/startstop
[root@astral]# ./stop_omc
Please can you get these details, then will investigate further.

owner, script may not able to close it.
Let us know, how did you close it. was it kill -9 option? From which user it
was
killed?

Since we have created CR, let us sync with NPO developer. Let us do some
enhancement to print out if permission is mismatch.

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION : "./stop_omc" script used to stop all the processes
from the
main server.
It was supposed to stop all processes on the NPO main and on the AUX server.
It
did not stop the processes on the AUX server.
IMPACT DESCRIPTION : The script did not address remotely to stop AUX WCT
server
processes. The timing was too long. It has been decided to manually stop to
avoid
delaying upgrade planning
FREQUENCY :
WORKAROUND IF ANY : manually stop CTN lola processes from the AUX server
itself
ROOT CAUSE : An CR DCTPD01534775 is open but no logs have been collected
during
the issue. A RCA cannot be provided in such case.
SOLUTION : no delivery
DELIVERY : None
