fit fusion- Torch calories and build lean muscle with a mix of techniques from many
fitness genres- weight lifting, yoga, boot camp, Pilates, tabata and more. I'll be there to
push you and make sure you're having fun! Always energizing and effective, this signature
class is suitable for everyone, as the movements are easily modified to become more or less
intense as needed. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
Yoga- Yoga uses postures and conscious breathing in combination with mental focus and
muscle strength. Yoga improves all areas of life, including flexibility, posture, bone health,
circulation, and immunity and mood. This class is great for beginners and all levels. Bring a
yoga mat and dress comfortably.
Zumba is a Latin-inspired cardio-dance workout that uses music & choreographed steps.
The workout is basically watch & follow. The moves are repeated often enough for you to
catch on & they're not complicated. The routines are repeated week after week with
additions now and then to spice things up! Burn up to 1000 calories while having a blast!
Bring a water bottle.
Ripped- Resistance. Interval. Power. Plyometrics. Endurance. Diet. This class offers
high cardio, weight training and Mixed Martial Arts, forming a non-plateau, high intensity
workout. R.I.P.P.E.D. participants achieve undeniable, ultimate results in minimal time,
boasting 750-1000 calories burned in just 50 minutes. Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
PiYo- PiYo is a strength based program inspired by yoga and Pilates. It is a unique blend of
stretch, strength, cardio and balance giving you a total body workout. This class has great
music, high energy and flows quickly. Experience the benefits of yoga and Pilates along
with a great sweat and muscle burn! Bring a yoga mat and a water bottle.
