STUD FEE: _______ (or Pick Of Litter) Boarding Fee: ________

(If only one pup is born or stays alive, fee will be given within 6 wks of the puppys birth. If the total fee is not given
by that time, Bitch's owner agrees to give the puppy to the stud owner and the stud owner is not required to give a
repeat stud service. Bitch owner also agrees to give the agreed registration for the puppy (Full AKC). Stud owner will
then pay the medical fees for the puppy, up to $200, and the registration fees up to $35. If Bitch's owner does not give
the total stud fee by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old and does not give the puppy over to the stud owner when the
puppy is 12 weeks old as well as the puppies registration papers and medical records, the Bitch's owner will be allowed
to keep the puppy and agrees to pay the stud owner $2000 within 16 weeks of the puppies birth. If boarding is
nessasary Boarding fee is $10 a night. Any additional nights not planned yet left for extra days there will be an
additional $10 per night while under the care of stud owner and must be paid at time of pick up. )

STUD OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Provide bitch owner with a complete 3 generation pedigree of the dog
2. Take normal adequate care of the bitch while in our charge
3. Have the stud dog in good physical condition
4. Sign litter registration promptly and return to bitch owner or if litter is being registered online, to confirm
birth.
5. Provide a return stud service of the same dog to the same bitch if no pregnancy results from the mating,
at no charge. To receive the return service, the bitch owner must notify the stud dog owner of failure to
conceive, in writing, no more than 63 days following the mating. If the stud is no longer available for
whatever reason, for the return service, the stud owner or agent reserves the right to offer a different stud to
the bitch owner.
6. Provide the bitch owner with a written receipt for the stud service and boarding (if boarding needed) and
a record of the breeding dates.

BITCH OWNER AGREES TO:

1. Pay the agreed stud service fee and boarding fee before the bitch is serviced and left in the care of stud
owner.( If no boarding disregard the boarding fee.)
2. Provide a 3 generation pedigree before servicing (if not before servicing, then before pups are born).
3. Send bitch in good health and in season.
4. Notify stud dog owner/agent, in writing no later than 63 days after mating if no pregnancy results from
the mating. Proof of not conceiving must be made by X-ray through a Vet (DVM) 7-9 wks after the mating.
Failure to do so will result in no return service being provided and this contract being terminated. Stud
owner will then owe bitch's owner nothing (no return stud service and no refunds).
5. Keep the bitch properly confined following the breeding to ensure no other dog could mate her
accidentally before mating season is finished.
6. Agrees to not knowingly sell or transfer puppies whelped as a result of this mating to any person or firm
connected with the business of resale or wholesale of dogs (Puppymills, Labs, Pet Store, etc). If Bitch's
owner knowingly sell to a puppymill, lab, or pet store, then Bitch's owner agrees to pay $5000 in damages
to stud owner.
7. If a stud fee is picked (and not the pick of litter), the Bitch's owner agrees that if any pups born from this
breeding is a chocolate and white parti or a platinum and white parti ect (and stud owner did not know
the bitch carried for chocolate or platinum as well as parti), they agree to pay an additional $500 to the stud
fee by the time the puppy is 6 weeks old. If the additional fee is not paid to the stud owner by that time,
stud owner must give back the stud fee that was given within 30 days and the stud owner will then be able
to choose a Pick of the Litter puppy. If the stud owner doesn't return the stud fee, there will be no
requirement to pay any additional fees.

NO CASH REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF STUD SERVICE DIDN'T TAKE, ONLY

REPEART SERVICE ONCE.

The Provisions Of This Warranty Shall Be Interpreted And Construed In Accordance
With Laws And Statues Of The State Of UTAH. The Venue For Any Litigation
Concerning This Warranty Will Be Limited To Weatch County, UTAH Under A Non-Jury
Proceeding.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. IF CURRENT STUD ISNT ABLE TO MATE WITH THE BITCH, STUD OWNER HAS RIGHT TO USE
ANOTHER STUD WITH SIMILARITIES AS ABOVE STUD (AROUND SAME SIZE, SAME TYPE OF COAT,
REGISTRATION, ETC) AND WILL BE GIVEN A COPY OF THE INFORMATION.
2. ONE PUPPY BORN ALIVE CONSTITUTES A LITTER. HOWEVER IF ONLY ONE PUPPY RESULTS FROM
THIS MATING AND PICK OF LITTER AGREEMENT WAS MADE, BITCH'S OWNER HAS THE OPTION OF
GIVEN THE STUD'S OWNER THE PUPPY AND GETTING A REPEAT SERVICE FREE OR PAYING THE STUD
FEE WITHIN 6 WKS OF THE PUPPY'S BIRTH. IF BITCH'S OWNER AGREES TO THEN PAY THE STUD FEE
AND DOESN'T DO SO WITHIN 42 DAYS OF THE PUPPY'S BIRTH, BITCH'S OWNER MUST THEN PAY
DOUBLE THE STUD FEE IF THE COURT SYSTEM MUST BE INVOLVED. THE RETURN SERVICE IS TO THE
SAME BITCH AT HER NEXT HEAT, OR WITHIN ONE YEAR, PROVIDED ALL CONDITIONS OF THIS
CONTRACT HAVE BEEN MET.
3. IF THE BITCH FAILS TO CONCEIVE ON THE RETURN SERVICE, THIS CONTRACT IS TERMINATED.
