My previous roles have involved the full life cycle management of new projects and the co-ordination of
ongoing client programmes, covering requirements capture through to final delivery.

Projects that I have been involved with cover highly accessible websites, interactive TV and mobile
applications including AbbeyNational.co.uk, Argos on the Sky Open channel and the Ladbrokes poker
application, involving the following:

• Full life cycle management based on Agile, RAD and Prince 2 methodologies
• Management of a team of developers and designers
• Deliver technical solutions including integration with legacy and back end systems
• Change management
• Scheduling, costing and resource management
• Client facing and management of 3rd party relationships
• Produce project documentation such as PID, WBS, Technical Spec, Risk Analysis
• Organise testing including UAT

My role requires technical awareness and proficiency, coupled with the ability to deliver projects and assets

Platforms - Windows XP/2003 server, Linux (Fedora/Debian) system administration, UNIX (FreeBSD,
SunOS & Solaris) including IIS, Apache and Tomcat web servers

for O2. My role was to organise the virtual team comprising Telefonica IAs, Albion designers and interface

Project Manager. The role has required the co-ordination of both the technical and content aspects of a
hybrid B2B / B2C site. Including the implementation of a site wide content management / production system,
the set up of a VPN using PPTP and the installation of a server group to run the site. The site is based on

Project Manager. My role has been to co-ordinate all aspects of projects I have been involved in, including
scheduling, costing, team and resource management. Client projects have included web and e-commerce
sites, iTV services including Argos on Open and TheTrailine.com on NTL .

My time at 4i included working for Methods Application Ltd as an e-commerce analyst on projects for Nokia
and Telewest. The areas covered in the two projects were share dealing from mobile phones and home
buying using iTV.
