AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

This Agreement, made and entered into this ____ day of __________________,
2015 in ___________________________, by and between:
_____________________., a corporation organized and existing under the laws
of the Philippines, with principal office located at _________________, herein
represented by its Director, _____________, hereinafter called the SELLER;

___________________, of legal age, Filipino, married to ______________, and a

resident of __________________, hereinafter called the BUYER
WITNESSETH: THAT WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a condominium unit and
parking slots covered by Condominium Certificate of Title No. ______ and specifically
described as follows:

WHEREAS, the SELLER would like to sell the abovementioned condominium
unit which includes a tandem parking slot, and the latter is willing to buy the same.
NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing, and their mutual
covenants and promises, the SELLER and the BUYER hereby agree as follows:
1. The SELLER hereby sells the above condominium unit for and in consideration of
the amount of _________ PESOS (P___________.00), Philippine currency, net of all
taxes and fees.
2. All taxes and fees arising from this sale such as BIR taxes, transfer tax and
registration fees payable to the Register of Deeds, notarial fees, legal fees, and other
expenses in effecting the transfer of the registered ownership to the BUYERs name shall
be for the account of the BUYER.
2. The agreed price (P_____________) referred to above shall be paid by the BUYER
to the SELLERS in cash or managers check, and upon execution of the deed of absolute
sale.
3. The BUYER shall take care of the processing of the BIR tax clearance and the new
CCT in his name. Whatever documents needed by the BUYER in effecting the transfer of
the registered ownership of the said real properties to the BUYERs name shall be
delivered and/or executed by the SELLER immediately.
4. All real property taxes due on the subject unit as of the date of execution of the deed
of sale have been duly paid for by the SELLER, together with the association dues which
are paid up to end of 2015.
In witness whereof, we have hereunto signed this agreement on the date and place first
above written.
