THE FIRST ISLAND PROJECT AT THE HEART OF EUROPE, SWEDEN
ISLAND, LAUNCHED AT THE END OF 2014 AND SOLD OUT WITHIN A
MATTER OF WEEKS.
The concept behind Sweden Island is luxury living at its very best and the exclusive
resort will be home to 10 stunning villas influenced by the beautifully crafted and
intricate structure of Swedish Viking vessels. The iconic island will embrace Swedish
culture and heritage and bring the first of its kind, Scandinavian lifestyle experience to
Dubai.
Sweden Island will be synonymous with Nordic living from the land of the Vikings in
contemporary Dubai. The prestigious resort has taken inspiration from Stockholms
