    Conductyourselfinaresponsiblemanneratalltimesinthelaboratory.
    Followallwrittenandverbalinstructionscarefully.Ifyoudonotunderstandadirectionorpartofa
    procedure,asktheinstructorbeforeproceeding.
    Whenfirstenteringascienceroom,donottouchanyequipment,chemicals,orothermaterialsinthe
    laboratoryareauntilyouareinstructedtodoso.
    Keephandsawayfromface,eyes,mouthandbodywhileusingchemicalsorpreservedspecimens.
    Washyourhandswithsoapandwaterafterperformingallexperiments.Clean(withdetergent),rinse,
    andwipedryallworksurfaces(includingthesink)andapparatusattheendoftheexperiment.Return
    allequipmentcleanandinworkingordertotheproperstoragearea.
    Neverreturnunusedchemicalstotheiroriginalcontainers.
    Whentransferringreagentsfromonecontainertoanother,holdthecontainersawayfromyourbody.
    Neverremovechemicalsorothermaterialsfromthelaboratoryarea.
    Carryglasstubing,especiallylongpieces,inaverticalpositiontominimizethelikelihoodofbreakage
    andinjury.
    Neverhandlebrokenglasswithyourbarehands.Useabrushanddustpantocleanupbrokenglass.
    Placebrokenorwasteglasswareinthedesignatedglassdisposalcontainer.

    resultsinunsafeconductinthelaboratoryormisbehavioronmypart,mayresultinbeingremovedfrom
    thelaboratoryandreceivingafailinggrade.
